Bruh this video is a life saver, I was tuning one of my Porsche and I couldn’t get the coils and suspension stuff right, but this video helped me a lot I did a 3:16 before. With this videos help I got a 3:14 with the old Porsche carrera
Thanks a lot, it took forever to tune since roblox crashes and freezes so mich on xbox, but this was still helpful I accidentally made my car have extreme grip but terrible turning and loosing control, and I wanted to drift, so not a great combo.
People keep calling my supra the most riced car in the game. I don't even understand how to tune suspension, offset, and gear coils yet so this tutorial will make me have the most tacky but monstrous supra in terms of unlocking it's full potential, thanks Edit: WHAT DOES STATIC MEAN???
@@denrayver805 ua-cam.com/users/shortsHbDBydMez2k The car's body is bouncing; the suspension is static and is not adhering to the imperfections in the road
just found your channel via MRT tuning tutorials on how to make my nsx na2 better gripping in high speeds please make the video on the honda nsx (na2 what i like mostly haha aggresive engine sound)
i'm still not understanding this quite right, especially if there are parts of real world physics involved. it seems like it is flipped around regarding oversteer/understeer on stiffening or softening the front and rear suspension. dampening is quite self explanatory but the stiffness doesn't make sense.
For myself, I would make the suspension a bit softer In general for more grip in corners on highspeed, you'll have to soften the rear dampers but you have to deal with a bit more understeer. But if you want it to turn better and faster try and soften the front dampers. Maybe -10 to -30 less than the rear dampers
I've tried a soft front end stiff rear end, both dampening and stiffness, on the Porsche 964 Turbo on Ichikawa and I found the the car understeered more. Doesn't that contrast the statement at 1:10 which says you can reduce oversteer with a stiff front and soft rear? Unless reducing oversteer is not equivalent to inducing understeer, and/or because I tuned dampening AND stiffness (so, front stiff and damp: soft, rear stiff and damp: stiff).
I think it was a typo, cuz it doesn't make any sense even before you try it, oversteer is when the rear tire lose grip, by increasing the front's traction and reducing the rear it's obviously going to oversteer.
1:10 I'm trying and failing to understand how that works. Like... if you wanted to reduce oversteer.. and you soften the rear, making it more reactive... wouldn't that induce oversteer? If you could kindly explain that'd be greatly appreciated. Very good video btw, very helpful.
Oversteering is usually caused by the rear wheels whipping round and sliding the entire car due to loss of grip from the back wheels, softening the rear will produce more grip, therefore reduces oversteer since the rear wheels have more grip now, you sort of have to balance it out, I suppose? I'm sure there are better ways to explain this, but this is how I understand it. Hope this helps, goodluck with tuning.
Im trying to make my rx7 fc grip on inner c1 because it usally spins out i want settings to make it not slide as much even if it causes alot of understeer
I recommend a stiffer suspension overall, and try having the dampening at the rear atleast 50-100 less than the front dampening value. This helps rid of the boatiness of that thing. Thanks for watching
There is no "best" tune for the testarossa, as everyone's preferences in a car is different. However, try experimenting with longer gears and stiffer suspension in the rear for more responsiveness, as I would for C1.

Are you sure such a small difference like that is because of suspension? Shaving 2 seconds can just be better driving

Edit: WHAT DOES STATIC MEAN???
Static means fixed, in this scenario the suspension is in a fixed position and doesn't adhere to bumps in the road

Hi Aj!
thanks for lovely video, AJ. btw, does the intercooler increases your car’s acceleration?
If you mean by customization...they do nothing besides,
Looking good,
Well as for now ofc, unless they give more in the coming update.
