I bought the sloppy stage 2, and it came with the pac1218 springs Elgin offers. I ran the car for a bit, and I snapped one of the springs clean into 2 pieces. I'm guessing you need heavier duty springs for this cam😅

Nope just need a better spring , popped one also. Had another set so spent 15 minutes and changed the spring, when I do any work I pull heads for I'll be getting a better set of springs. Not worth it to do em one at a time imho

I saw you video when you first posted so when taxes cam in I had to have it now I gotta just work out a weekend with the boss to bring it to work and tare into mine I got a 2500-2800 stall for my truck pretty sure it's the one you recommended in another one of your videos anyway never could find link to your headers I got some ls swap ones hope I can make them fit around everything and have you tried out hp tuners was thinking about jumping in to that and seeing if I can tune it myself and add another skill to the list

From the research I’ve done i guess you can. But its recommended you upgrade the converter to actually feel a difference. Unless you’re doing it for just the chop.

I’ll be making an update video here pretty soon since I just got the truck tuned last week.
So I’ll be driving the truck as a daily driver and will let you guys know how I like it.

As a matter of fact, I have to do emissions test this year. We’ll see how that goes. I’ll probably swap over a stock motor just to pass.
