I don't know what other references you have for research, you might want to read a declassified CIA paper about the Latvian Legion (41 typed pages) that was taken from The Latvian Encyclopedia (1952):

It doesn't mention the Battle of More Parish directly but it mention the deployments and battles around Riga, including the Latvian Legion hospital that fell back with the Legion, serving the them and Latvian refugees until 1951.

I cannot wait to see this. My grandfather fought in the Legion. 15th Division, 5th company of 33rd grenadier regiment. Prisoner of Zedelgem POW camp, serving under Vilis Janums or Kampfgruppe Janums.
Disobeying orders to assemble for a last stand in Berlin saved my grandfathers life.
Today I have his diary he kept through the war and his shield patch worn on the sleeve of his uniform which he displayed in his home until his death.
Nothing but respect for Latvian patriots caught in an impossible situation.
