Thank you for your build vids! I have the same servos and frames, which are nicely machined BTW. I have found upon test fitting that the frames are a little too tight. Which is better than too loose of course, but the frame flexes enough that it appears there will be trouble getting a flush fit to the wing skin. Are you lightly sanding the inside of the servo frames to accomodate the xo8's? Especially with the bit of plastic in there...
Hello! No I don't sand then but for sure you could. I do sand the corners where the hole for the screws are. You will notice on the servos there is a slight radius where the mounting arm meets the case. The frames have a sharp edge there. Sanding a radius helps the fit greatly! I also put a lot of weight on the servos as the glue cures to force them flat. Good luck with your build!
