see 0:51 - its a Tnut with a grub screw going vertically through clamping the motor shaft, wouldn't recommend it, was pretty wonky but could be 3D printed, I cnc'd HDPE. Nahh we tried it on bish bash bosh and the tread wore off pretty instantly so wouldn't recommend.
@@JoeBrown1 ah ok- I was already planning to try to use 70mm polyurethane skateboard wheels on my feather but I may end up trying to 3D print something similar to your mounts- thanks!
The fact we got a robot at beetleweight that can suplex effectivley is super cool an I have no doubt Grab Crab's time will come 👌
THE CRAB IS BACK
Awesome job! And I love the somehow staying out of pit in the last fight!
“I’m going for the pit button cause I’m a coward” love it
I think you definitely won the 'build a robot to test out the CNC' battle at Rapture,.
if you build what you're planning to build for bbb next month you've won our hearts
Glad we got to have some good tussles, Joe. We're at 1-1 so perhaps a decider later this summer?
The music 🤣
Love Grab Crab, an honour to share the arena with it, even if you did Fork me in the pit 🤭😉😘
How did you make the wheel hubs just out of interest? Also would “yoga mat” wheels be useable in a featherweight?
