How to Link Bank Account in Crypto.com?

- Linking bank account in Crypto.com is easy but it is a little confusing for some users as it does not have that option in its main account setting. You can access the link bank option when you actually initiate a transfer and and selected fiat.
It took me a while to find this option so I decided to create a video to share with other crypto.com users.

when i click fiat it doesnt show link bank account it just says payment email and an ID number.
Sorry for the late reply. I just went to the process and I did get the option to select currency and link the back account after clicking on Fiat. Did you get the select currency? What currency did you choose? I'm thinking it might be different option if you choose other currency?
I hit the x and it just cancels plaid and it does not allow me to enter in my bank details manually. I have no way to get my money out as plaid does not work with my bank.
I just tried it and you are correct it does not allow manual entry anymore. Did you try doing a bank search? If that is an issue, I suggest open up a ticket with crypto.com.

There's no transfer on the homepage
Hi! Crypto.com made some change after this video was posted. On the home screen, you will see a "Deposit" button and from there you can follow the rest of the steps. Hope this help.
I selected currency and it shows Pending , how long does this status usually take?
That will depend on the deposit option you selected. If you linked it to your bank account and deposit from there, then it should show within minutes. If you do a Bank Deposit (ACH transfer) it will be within 3-5 days. If You selected wire transfer it will be 1 to 2 days. Did you remember which one you selected after choosing fiat?

Hi. I just checked my app and it looks like they made some changes to the home screen. You should now see a ""Deposit" button and from there you can follow the rest of the steps.

These steps are no longer accurate
Crypto.com made some update. They now have the Deposit button on the home screen. So once you click on the Deposit you can follow the rest of the steps. Hope this helps.
@@diymanual You cannot use the funds immediately. You have to wait 7 days to use the deposit?
@@blst99 It depends on the deposit option you use. If you link it to your bank account or used a debit card, you can use the fund immediately. Bank deposit will take 3-5 business days. Wire transfer is 1 to 2 business days
