When I go to the withdraw I get a page saying something about Plaid app to connect bank. But I can't find the Plaid app anywhere. I created a plaid account on desktop, but when there, that has error when I click add bank account. Shit is a scam, money is trapped and the chat is just a bot.

NO!!!!!!!!!! You only pay taxes to whatever country you r living in, you will NEVER have to pay taxes to any of these crypto exchanges. They may take out a fee but the latest scam has been people getting threatened with a 30% tax fee before being allowed to get there money and once they pay the 30% the scammer runs off with all your money
