A delicious and healthy oatmeal recipe for anyone on a diet and more! Eat and lose weight! This recipe contains no flour or sugar. Watch 5 very tasty and simple oatmeal recipes in this video.
Recipe and ingredients:

Oat flakes 220 g.
1 large apple.
Yoghurt 160 g.
Baking powder 1/2 tsp.
2 eggs.
Erythrinol 2 tbsp (or other sweetener).
Cranberry 80g.
Almonds 80 g.
Brush the mold with vegetable oil.
I have avocado oil.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
40 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.
Allow the cake to cool.

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
250 ml boiling water.
50 ml olive oil.
vanilla extract.
2 egg whites.
200 g cherries (I froze).
If you wish, you can add sweetener.
Brush the mold with vegetable oil.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
50 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.

Oatmeal 1 cup (250 ml).
Walnuts 50 g.
2 apples.
Cut and clean.
Make puree from an apple.
Water 50 ml.
Cut the second apple with a knife.
20 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.

220 g oat flakes.
50g walnuts.
220 ml warm water.
150g yogurt.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
50 ml avocado oil.
2 eggs.
Vanillin.
2 tbsp erythrinol (or other sweetener).
150 g raspberries (or other berries).
Moisten the baking dish with water.
So that the baking paper holds better.
Decorate the cake with berries and nuts
45 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.
