It could be the tb spacer messing with you idle issues has same issue in my civic si I screamed noo when you just the piping to adjust for eh spaced I would have taken it off personally but just a suggestion with taking off the sap we good luck
Jbuugh we did a little run and I was pulling away till 80, he started catching up slowly after that. We need another re run to actually see. But he would've won that race. ( on the strip of course )
Frankie yes you can use the stock bov with this intercooler, and it won't sounds like the hks. Not sure what it'll sound like. A cold air intake makes bov sounds, so you could go that route as well

Who told you that you'd gain horsepower by installing an intercooler and not tuning for it? I'm not trying to sound like a dick but... all you're getting out of it is better efficiency. Now that it is more efficient, a tuner could add some timing or mess with the fuel table. But no, an intercooler won't net you any horsepower numbers without tuning for it. Again, not trying to be a dick, just passing some knowledge off to you guys.
You need a tune to really wake that car up with those bolt ons.

did you bead roll the cold pipe again ? those couplers are going to pop off under boost without the bead rolled lip.
John Scott no issues with it popping off, it's a really tight fit due to the throttle body spacer. I beat on the car everyday so it's still good

Carlos Mercado you'd have to go to 845 motorsports site and it'll give you an option of what blow off valve you'd like to use. But yes it should
