Merle... make an arrest!! Hannah's a blessed girl to have a daddy who looks after her the way you do. God bless you Jeff, and a very Happy Resurrection Day to all y'all.
Look at the smile on Hannah's face. That right there is one tickled youngin'. Broke neck, broke back and a hand saw...and beating yaupon into submission. Happy Easter to my neighbors west of me.
Jeff you are a good Daddy to Hannah that is so important. They don't make Men like you much anymore. I'm proud of all that you do Sir you are a good Man. I love all your Videos. Jeff you take care and stay safe Sir and don't work to hard. Happy Easter ❤❤
There's a charm to dirt roads on your own property that's hard to capture with words. I grew up on a 200 acre farm in Arkansas, so this video really took me back to my childhood. Thanks for posting it, Jeff!
I could spend the whole day watching you and Hannah, don't ever think your videos are too boring dude I enjoy watching you guys take care of yourself man after 60 that disability comes up when you quick
As far as video content and quality? A ride on a tractor is a good time for me! I haven't driven a tractor probably since before you were born. It's not something you'd ever think you'd miss, but I do miss it.
That is awesome. I have a path cut throught the woods to my daughters house. Get you one of the 5" cordless chainsaws. I keep one in my JD Gator at all times for stray limbs. Great video!
I love these guys because Jeff and Hannah remind of my memories with my father. We had a father and daughter team. My father used to be busy all the time and building this a that. I was always looking forward to spending time with him and helping in with his building. My mom was never a fan of me helping my father because I was either on top of a roof or had a hammer in my hand. My father made the best pancakes too he loved to cook too. My father garden too watermelons, melons potatoes etc. The only thing he didn’t do was fix vehicles but my brothers did. So I was helping them with that too. Anyhow, thank you Jeff and Hannah reminding me how precise time is with your father. I can’t believe I’m 55 years old now it’s been 38 yrs since I lost my father. Take care and let time help heal your injuries.
I'm a guy, so not the same scenario as you, but I do know what it's like losing your father that young. I was 26 when I lost my father, which happened to also be 38 years ago.
hi jeff you are a good dad too Hannah and i kow see appreciates you and what you do for her, plus i know you love her very much you did that after injury too your neck my hat comes for you well done
I know how you feel Jeff when your a worker , not a watcher, and doc says take it easy! It's frustrating, but be careful in recovery! Glad your doing well , god bless you
You remind me so much of my dad, couldn't sit still, always working no matter how bad he felt. I love your property, that red clay brings back a lot of memories, just after graduating h.s., I worked with dad in local 43 plumbers pipefitters union and when I say worked. That man put it to me, I carried all his tools plus 2 50 ft drop cords, up and down hill, 2 5gal buckets of tool plus copper and pvc fittings. We usually worked on new projos but had service calls backed up sewage lines. Dad new I wanted the Army though, he had me set up to get topped off as journeyman plumber, Chuck Kronower gave the exams but one day I came home with enlistment papers. SSG Gary Richardson was my recruiter, that was 1981. Mom explodes ,dad caught all kinds of hell and back then Russia was our main threat. 35 years, retired out. Germany, korea and Italy were nice duties but Germany was the best, well yall I have a bad habit of talking a lot, I teach military history using my collections. I won't get started on firearms, sabers, bayonets, etc....or I'll never shut up.
Excellent video! I like vids about old trails, new trails, smooth trails, rough trails. Now to go find me a trail to drive around on, or maybe make a new one.
Be convenient the easier for package delivery. Reminds me of the road driving and to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. Driving through the woods and suddenly you see the house. Looking forward to seeing the house when finished. Hope you and Merle get better soon. Take care and don't do anything to make yourself worse.
Jeff you’re a good man. Keep going but I’d love to see you share more of what you do in the way of teach people how to figure out staircases and things like that. You could do it all with drawing’s but it’s what we need because that stuff isn’t taught anymore.
Told you before......SAY IT ONCE MORE, JEFF...., Pace yourself. nI KNOW you're hardheaded.....Like me & others....BUT THIS ISN'T A RACE.......Hannah wants you around for a few more years! God Bless.
Seems like a few more trees should be removed. You should angel the box blade so that it builds a crown at the center of the road so the road sheds water naturally. That will greatly reduce the potholes.
If you ever need to quickly remove a lot of brush and saplings, I use a carbide circular saw type brush cutter blade on my Stihl trimmer (with bicycle handles). It will slice thru a 2” sapling almost instantly, like a hot knife thru butter.
Nice drive build for someone with a broke neck. Youre like me, when i can get out of bed after an injury, i don't pay attention to doctors. I get out and see what I can still do. Take bbn it easy at first, but keep on pushing.
Talk about over the river and thru the woods to Hannah's house we go...Do y'all have gators in those ponds & rivers? Happy Resurrection Day Mr Jeff, Ms Paige, Ms Hannah and Mr Paul. Thanks for sharing this.
Videos, I thought it was real nice Jeff, I like your videos they make sense and you explain what you're doing. but your dog stole the show as always. good to see the ol' truck them trucks last forever. up here if you leave your billfold on the dash it's gone that quick yep you bet. this video should have been called me and hannah and a dog named Merle. yesterday I heard sweet home Alabama play 3 times you turn the radio on early in the morning and they play 70s & 80s all day never have to change the dial the lady has a quiz at 7:00 every morning on the song she's about to play I call nearly every morning most of the time I get the song right, and that music keeps you moving right down the road everyday. thanks Jeff, hey to hannah and paige.
Great video and great work. Not that you are supposed to be doing this yet, but hey, I used to be the same way. Can't tell me not to do anything either. Lol. 😊
Stihl makes a really good hand saw, that has a crescent blade. Doesn't fold, and comes with a sheeth. Those are expensive, but you can go through medium sized trees like melted butter.
ALRIGHT BLAZING A TRAIL !!!! AND SOME MERLE TIME !!!! 😊😊😊❤❤❤😮😮. BOY THAT LOOKED PRETTY COOL !! I'VE BEEN ON SAFARIS LIKE THAT !!!! ALOT OF HAND WORK, AND MACHINERY!!!!!! GO THROUGH IN PHASES, JUST LIKE YOU DID !!!! IT WORKS WAY BETTER !!!! NOW YOU CAN WORK ON IT LITTLE BY LITTLE!!!!! IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME RUNNING BACK AND FORTH !!! ESPECIALLY FOR LITTLE STUFF !!! BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHEN USEING NEW ROAD, BECAUSE OF CLOSE WATER PROXIMITY !!! NOT TO SLIDE OFF IN IT !!! YOU SHOULD START SEEING DEER AND TURKEY 😊😮USE THE ROAD !!!

Looking good Waiting for 2 weeks to get my eyes operated on so Ill be watching while I can. Be careful. Take care of Merle.
Operation for what? My retinas detached so I have to pay attention to picking up stuff. My right eye is kaput so I'm going easy.
@@donlarocque5157 It is Cataracts and they are getting worse. Makes me mad that I can't use my rifle. You hang tough.
Jeff you’re a good man. Keep going but I’d love to see you share more of what you do in the way of teach people how to figure out staircases and things like that. You could do it all with drawing’s but it’s what we need because that stuff isn’t taught anymore.
I see that ya"ll have great pond!!!!!

God Bless the Barron family!!
Told you before......SAY IT ONCE MORE, JEFF...., Pace yourself. nI KNOW you're hardheaded.....Like me & others....BUT THIS ISN'T A RACE.......Hannah wants you around for a few more years! God Bless.
Oh Merle has definitely got made 🤣😁❤️
Jeff, what brand is that hand saw? I need a good one.
Seems like a few more trees should be removed. You should angel the box blade so that it builds a crown at the center of the road so the road sheds water naturally. That will greatly reduce the potholes.
You have to look after yourself, superman! Hannah was probably crying and you are a great teacher too! ALABAMIANS ARE TOUGH! 😇🥰🥰🥰
If you ever need to quickly remove a lot of brush and saplings, I use a carbide circular saw type brush cutter blade on my Stihl trimmer (with bicycle handles). It will slice thru a 2” sapling almost instantly, like a hot knife thru butter.
That’s one cool path, awesome job .
Thanks Guys

You need a Saker 6" battery chain saw. I've got one and they are great! weights 2lbs and takes out trees and can be use
as a circular saw as well
Is that a ford 9N tractor, my grandfather, father, and now me drive the same one from I believe 1949?
No, it's a later model Ford tractor, circa 1950s vintage. Love the art deco styling of the bonnet.
Take your time, heal up good. I have a plate and 4 screws in my neck from a mtn biking accident. Too bad you dont have a friend with a small dozer.
That tractor is making me happy.
Jeff you gonna put any crusher run down to help establish a solid foundation?
Videos, I thought it was real nice Jeff, I like your videos they make sense and you explain what you're doing. but your dog stole the show as always. good to see the ol' truck them trucks last forever. up here if you leave your billfold on the dash it's gone that quick yep you bet. this video should have been called me and hannah and a dog named Merle. yesterday I heard sweet home Alabama play 3 times you turn the radio on early in the morning and they play 70s & 80s all day never have to change the dial the lady has a quiz at 7:00 every morning on the song she's about to play I call nearly every morning most of the time I get the song right, and that music keeps you moving right down the road everyday. thanks Jeff, hey to hannah and paige.

good job glad to see u back at it
I hope that neck brace will help your health. -Take care man....Greetings from South Africa
I was wondering how far it was to Hannah's new place. This will work out pretty good.
Stihl makes a really good hand saw, that has a crescent blade. Doesn't fold, and comes with a sheeth. Those are expensive, but you can go through medium sized trees like melted butter.
Hi mate love your videos keep em coming hope you’re neck gets better soon take care ❤
Great job on making a road, and demonstrating just how fast Daddy can get there incase someone gets any dumb ideas.
Reminds me when we were kids we had roads made through the woods about five miles to my cousins house
That looks so much faster and easier!
How would this shortcut be in the rain? Would your truck pulling a trailer get around those turns?
Beautiful property.
