Great work buddy, that's very innovative. I was wondering if you find that decreasing the scale of these clips and zooming in hurts the quality of the image at all?

Hey Ryan, a humble request. I've tried to do this a couple of times now and it all falls apart at the keyframes. Have you made a video on them? It's not clear how to edit keyframes and I've followed the procedure for being able to see them but they still do not show. Or I just can't see them. Anyway the result is that I must delete all and go back to the beginning to try again to make it work and for the video to flow in the right direction.
I'm a complete novice though and ain't very technically inclined but I've heard you say a couple of times in your clips that you're interested in suggestions. Anyway I'll try this sa couple more times. It likely won't work but at least I'm learning. So again cheers for trying to make this complicated task seem so simple. Much appreciated as normally I wouldn't even begin to attempt something like this.

Hey Harald, this is probably the most advanced thing you can do in fcpx and yeah its not easy to get right ha. The choice of shots has a big part to play to and it will take me a couple of tries to get it right so keep trying. As for the transform keyframes, you need to press the keyframe button right at the start and then it will track everything you do with it and when you click show video animation they will be there. Hope that helps!

    • @lookingthat3855

I am a color pro, and grading is the usual weak point. You need to test, experiment, trial, do several different jobs on different pciture profile and lumetri. Suggest to watch and study and read tips by Neumann films ( but they use Red...however, some principles are very general) and Yuri Palma ( he describes several tips in his reply and he has just only a GH4)
