- Join Inspector Tyler and I as we explore a vintage 1930s property filled with character-and a few challenges! In this video, we’ll identify several key issues and concerns that come with older homes.
I create videos to help better inform home Inspectors, buyers, sellers, and realtors on how to find everyday problems with their houses/properties. I will also have guest speakers that work closely with the real estate trade.

Excellent information, I have subscribed to your channel.
Welcome aboard!
I have a 75 year old house in SC, and I worry most about foundation issues.
Do y’all have basements in SC?
Not typically unless it's a rear walkout on a slope. Starter homes are slab medium and higher price are crawl. I did have a neighbor that had a crawl on a slope which made for a walk-in height space for storage of lawn care and patio furniture etc. Only one I ever seen.
I got an anxiety attack just watching this. This place is pretty close to 'knock it down and try again' status
@@elliots4370 after talking to the client he did realize it’s a complete gut.
We don’t allow our inspectors to have hair down past their neckline
I will let Tyler know he can’t work for you.
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston definitely not
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston we only hire top-tier inspectors that pass rigorous training and all six of them usually make at least $100,000 a year
@@theallaroundguy2399 I am not sure why you are telling me this but Tyler clears that easy.
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston I doubt that very much
