When you realized the important detail of putting the spring collar on before assembly and filling with oil. 🤬
I finally got the gold valves for my Xplor 48 forks. Reviewed your videos for that process. Thanks again for posting these!

Oh no! Haha thanks I'm glad it helped. How do you like them? (Gold valve kit) mine are working incredibly well. I'm impressed.

The Xplor 48 forks were disappointing in stock form. After installing the Gold Valve kit, I'm impressed. They're much more composed as they sit higher in the stroke and don't blow through the travel, then become harsh. They don't dive like before when descending steep trails under braking. Even on gravel fire roads, they find grip and don't feel like you're on ice.
Well worth the price and work to install after only 1 ride.
Will likely revalve the shock and use a bladder kit as well.

Grate effort putting this video together. You forgot to mention pressurize the bladder but grate video either way.

Hey! thanks a lot, yeah I had to take it to a guy I know to charge it, I wrecked my old hose and was waiting on the new one or I definitely would have had that procedure in there. Thanks for the comment 👊

Do you have a link to the vacuum pump you copied or stylied yours after? I still need to build one. Great video.

I bought it from this company. I thought about building one like it, until i seen these guys made what I was looking for, I figured they had it dialed and it would just be easier to buy it.
      Thanks!

what was the name of the fitting that went into the bleeder and the vacuum line went into? great video, super helpful, going to do this to my 500s shock, was amazed to see all the gas come out of the fluid fresh from the bottle. Rebuilding a shock without a vacuum pump and leaving that gas in the fluid and some gas in the body itself would be disasterous for racers... just putting around the trails prob not so bad, but doing 100kph+ through desert and whoops no way... i found the same vacuum system you have, great price, is that system still working well?
    thanks man, great work!!!

Hey thanks! Its called BSPT fitting BSPT is similar to NPT, but there is an important difference. The thread angle is 55 degrees instead of 60 degrees, which is usual for NPT. Therefore, an NPT fitting will be inserted in a BSPT connection or vice versa, but they will not be sealed.
The pump is still in food shape!

Another great video from you! I just found your channel. How do you like the suspension after doing the forks and shocks? If you wouldn't mind doing a over view on your bleeding system that would be cool. I bought a vacuum pump and filter housing but never built the system yet.

Thanks! I'm glad to hear that! The suspension feels more firm, I feel it gives me more confidence in 3-4th half to full throttle, places I ride that are usually high 2nd or low 3rd gear im doing in 3rd full even looking for 4th sometimes, And that's with the settings from racetech, I need to go and set up a good line and keep hitting it to get everything dialed in...if it needs it.
I love that its compression and rebound on each side now👌
I will definitely put out a better video on the shock pump, the shock video was getting pretty long so I figured I'd shorten it up by Trimming the shock pump part and then do a separate video.
Next time I service my suspension I'll focus on that.
      Cheers bro🍻

@@ENDUROEVOLUTION thanks for the reply. I'm. Trying to decide what direction to take with my suspension on my 18 300 6 days. I do like the option of learning revalving and playing with shim stacks. I'll be looking forward to the shock bleed video!!!

Hey, no they won't work because the stock piston is triangular and the gold valve is round
