Twice a year (in Fall & in Spring) we have Furniture Market for 1 week, and High Point has large numbers (50k -70k) of Furniture Industry buyers and sellers and many celebrities typically visit during that week.
What a great old town. There is an old historic Moravian town near us. The Moravians were missionaries. The Moravian sugar cakes are so good. Thwy make them in the Moravian town near us. I love history. This place reminds me of Williamsburg. The old houses and architecture are absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing the history and beauty of Old Salem with us. What a great adventure. Throughly enjoyed it.

So sad they charge 30 per person for something that is worth 10 per person. At the most. Way to much to walk in a building to look around. A lot of sad excuses for not allowing filming. Looks like the do want any business. Stay safe.

When I was a kid, we had a milk man deliver milk to our house a couple times a week! He was from our local TG Lee Dairy!
Remembering when we used to hear the milkman clanging his milk delivery to the neighbors at 3 or 4 in the morning.
Whatever happened to milkmen delivering milk in the morning? Seems like a thing that happened in the past but not anymore.
