I was not sitting upright but lying in my bed. I've had a long day of work. Nevertheless it was very beatifull. I was able to let go of tension. Towards the end I got to slumber a little bit but not totally, more like in yoga nidra and I saw a very, lush green forrest with tall, slender trees, a beatifull fog and the light in the white mist. It was really magical. It gives me hope.💚💫🌿🍀
