Ever since about 10 minutes in, I kept thinking he was done, and over and over, he just kept adding more amazing details to make this an insanely awesome build.
Your skills as an armorer are awesome , but your storytelling, showmanship and humor are superb and make me happy. Thank you for sharing all of this with us.
Love your presentation like bending with a single hit, cutting out with a punch and all of that.. Puts humor into something that is very time consuming and very detailed (and impressive) work.
If you go watch the siege of the Ents in the Two Towers, you can see the vast holes they dug under, small, but you can see them, low thousands - of workers.
I just watched one of those viral videos on how to fix an axe, and it made my blood pressure shoot way up. My doctor and I both appreciate your skills, as it brought me back to normal. Truly awesome stuff man...start to finish, I didn't hit the skip ahead button once. You've got a new subscriber 🤘
Greetings from ForgeGnome's. I really wanted to make an Uruk-Hai helmet about 10 years ago but never got to it. Awesome work! You're really making me want to get back to the workshop.
Uruk-Hai scared the absolute shit out of me when I was a kid watching The two Towers. Im grateful that I was a kid when LOTR came out and I was able to watch it in my imaginations prime!
Building a helm is one thing. Building an articulating mouth piece is unbelievably impressive. Look at the craftsmanship and fine details on the mouth and teeth!! The proportions are accutrate too. #Godlevel smithing 🙏
Wow! Wish I could hammer that fast...Great work. Not only is it a copy but it's also improved by being functional, more functional than the prop maker designed. His armor just had to look good on film, yours's can actually be used.
Not only do you forgre amazing armour but your match cuts are elite teir as well. Honestly even watching them at 25% speed they look so clean, great job.
Just for shits and/or giggles, I hope that someday this guy does a build video for the "Helmet of Mambrino" (Don Quixote's "helmet", which was just a 16th century barber's basin that he wore on his head)
Excellent work, I especially loved the appearance of the shop sandals, health and safety officers heads exploded all over the world, thank you from a man who has worked with my hands almost my whole life :D. I can still count to 9-3/4's so not bad for 52 years :D.
Incredible work. Not only are you remarkably skilled as a craftsman but artistically you imagination and eye for proportion and function is mind blowing
First time seeing your videos. Absolutely love this. And it took me a lot longer than I care to admit to figure out what was just clever editing in this video
Love how this helmet turned out man. One suit of armor I'd like to see you try to make is the Catarina a.k.a. the onion knight armor from the dark souls franchise. Or at least the helmet. Just think it might be an interesting challenge for you.
Would love to see you make the rest of the Uruk-Hai armor set to compliment the helmet. It would probably just be a showpiece armor set in the end, but i think it would be insanely cool to have a full set of actual metal Uruk-Hai armor, not just a prop made of some other material.
Great work. Wonderful craft. You should try putting a camera inside the helmet for the end, so the viewer can Imagine what it would be like to wear it and look out of a helmet with a visor.
ive done just enough armor ( a couple spaghenhelms, few shield bosses and basket hilts, some five piece articulated cops, and all of it cold formed in dishing stumps) to be in stunned awe. well done brother.
The editing in this video is magical. Love the genious skips. Also kept thinking about the time it took. Would be interesting to have a tiny timestamp in the corner.
Ever since about 10 minutes in, I kept thinking he was done, and over and over, he just kept adding more amazing details to make this an insanely awesome build.
maybe even too much detail
Battle-Ready
The issue is you thinking
In my opinion without the adornment attatche on the top of the head and the metal straps who restrict even more the vision would be enough
Saruman : "I want them armed and ready to march within two weeks!
Orc: But my Lord, there are too many..."
That's what CGI is for 😅😅😅

I want to see band rocking full armor plate!
Love your presentation like bending with a single hit, cutting out with a punch and all of that.. Puts humor into something that is very time consuming and very detailed (and impressive) work.
I wonder how Saruman managed to get so many of these intricate helmets for 10,000 urukhai :D
Orc slaves. Lots of Orc slaves.
If you go watch the siege of the Ents in the Two Towers, you can see the vast holes they dug under, small, but you can see them, low thousands - of workers.
@@aserta yes i know 😄 but i wonder how so many orcs became such amazing craftsmen to create such a vast number of these incredible helmets
"Saruman was able to build this in a cave! With a box of scraps!'
Its funny what can be accomplished with 10000 staff on minimum wage😂
The energy and craftsmanship this takes is beyond. I bow to you honestly.
This by far the best armour making channel out there

Okay now I want to see a mid evil Batman helmet
Medieval? Mid evil 😭
Astonishing details and excellent craftsmanship! You make being a villian ultra-cool!
Uruk-Hai scared the absolute shit out of me when I was a kid watching The two Towers. Im grateful that I was a kid when LOTR came out and I was able to watch it in my imaginations prime!
There are three things that you can look at endlessly: fire, water and how the Master works.
I seriously love your editing style.

Expected an 11 or 12 century copy. What a surprise! it was so much more and more work. Thanks for letting us watch.
i was too high for this
I'm high now lol
It just kept getting better and better.
Amazing work, a piece of art.
Wow! Wish I could hammer that fast...Great work. Not only is it a copy but it's also improved by being functional, more functional than the prop maker designed. His armor just had to look good on film, yours's can actually be used.
A masterpiece of traditionally crafting and of modern videocreating. I can hardly imagine how much time it took for this 40min of Film.
The level of skill it takes to make that helmet and daggers is absolutely amazing metal finishing is an art from in itself great work
Your work is absolutely amazing! And I love the detail and thought that must have gone into your beautiful touch marks also!!
A great craftsman, genuinely so. And a very entertaining video.
Great project there! You’ve got not only the skills but the artistry too, that’s a rare combination.
A fine example of what happens when a skilled metal artisan has too much time on his hands.
Excellent editing and tool work.
Thanks for sharing.
I hope this guy is alright. I hope to see more videos.
My friend, you work very well. What a perfection. You gained another subscriber. Congratulations and all the best always.
The beauty of making a Uruk Hai helmet is if it looks badly made or very well done, it’ll still be accurate to the movie lol
So good! Love the attention to details and your amazing editing skills make me laugh.
Unbelievable craftsmanship and even better editing skills with those perfekt stop-motion sequences!! Sir, you are an artist!! Respect!!

Thank you for continuing to be an inspiration. And all the entertainment energy!
Absolutly stunning. So beautiful. The amount of work and dedication is just awesome. Fantastic job !
This build puts into perspective that orcs were not as brute as commonly thought, requiring great skill to produce such craftmanship.

Dude, i love your work, and your video editing is "chefs kiss"
The great thing about these is even if the final piece looks rough or rushed, its even better as thats exactly how they are in the films!
First time seeing your videos. Absolutely love this. And it took me a lot longer than I care to admit to figure out what was just clever editing in this video
Super bad ass. The music video kicked some serious ass. You are one amazing smith.
whom ever is the editor on this needs a raise...just saw him mig weld the gorget....cannot unsee
Amazing work, and the music video was awesome!! Keep doing what you do!
Your PLENISHING skills are off the charts😎😎😎😎😎

Problem with that is the sheer size of the structure. Would either need to be very thick or it would end up wobbly.
Watched it on the other channel, and i'll watch it again, because it's just that cool. Stay strong man!
Would love to see you make the rest of the Uruk-Hai armor set to compliment the helmet.

Nobody talking about how dude gets every square inch out of his stock, love those layout placements.
Your skills are untouchable. You're fast too. The way you can chop and punch the metal into perfect form. Amazing. 😂 Nicely done.

beautiful work with unique presentation as always
well done sir!
His work is so good that future archeologists will think TLOTR was historical rather than fictional.
so I guess this is not how the prop department made the helmets for the film
nice I actually like this one more that the fast works. because you show hard work, dedication, and skill.
stay safe man, excellent craftsmenship
Ohh damn! Saruman's blacksmith is found.
first timer here!! This dude is a trip! the humor and craftmanship are bad A$$.

THAT was awesome I loved the ending! It was the first time I ever heard an Uruk bard sing.
Respekt vor deinem Können!
The editing in this video is magical. Love the genious skips. Also kept thinking about the time it took. Would be interesting to have a tiny timestamp in the corner.
i was thinking the same, every hammer swing is an edited time skip. blows my mind. Its kinda like a stop motion lol.
Man I love your channel, and your humour is nice lmao
My god, so much talent.
Kept getting caught off guard with how agressive some of those movents were, good watch 👍👍
You don't get a feel in the movies to how fekin scary those helmets are when you see one up close. Fantastic!!!!
Bloody brilliant work, mate!
So awesome! Great work you did here!
Nice work! Bet the Mouth of Sauron helmet would be even more spectacular.
Aww, yes more beautiful metal work. 😎
Just imagine your fighting in an ordinary ring with your armor then you a dude in full uruk hai armor jumps in out of no where.
Are these things all battle ready strength? That chainmail was very impressive!
Impressive, fascinating, educational and entertaining.
