Hi, considering writing an ebook for Amz, can you point me to the topics from your playlist which can be helpful? ISBN, do I need my own? Software for Text files? Never done this before and any suggestions will be helpful. TY

do you know if their audio standards have changed? I am re-uploading a book I got the rights to and suddenly none of the files are being accepted. They're the same files that were for sale until this.
Hmmm I have noticed that some older files needed additional refining so they are likely able to kick more back through their system automatically whereas before some of the human QA let things slip by
Thanks for the video. In each audio chapter, do you have to literally say Chapter 1 and then the Chapter title? or does ACX add audio based on the headers I see on the screen? Example of what I mean. When recording your audio, will you be the one to say "Chapter 1 - How to Write a best seller."
Yes, for my chapters that have titles I say the chapter title in the audio file

My available actions are much more limited than what you're showing here, I only see "move up, move down, move to top, move to bottom, and delete" no "replace" and only "download" for the opening credits. what do I do???
Hmmm was your opening credits kicked back? If you know you need to replace it you can delete and then upload the new one
@@1MKWilliams yes the opening credits was kicked back, but I don't have an option to delete or replace it either! have you every seen that before? I've tried on a macbook and pc and it's the same.
@@navymed3 have you tried different browsers? If so, then reach out to ACX support and ask them to manually shift the opening credits. That file should be very small and able to be sent via email

Should I put my pen name or my real name on the "Print Copyright Owner" and "Audio Copyright Owner"?
Use the pen name if you don't want your legal name to show on the book listing.
Where in the process is the audiobook's ISBN entered?
ACX does not provide a field to enter the isbn

I have a question. Can I publish my book while waiting for copyright? Say I’m in the process of publishing it with a publish company can I copy right it in that process and also would I mark my book as published or unpublished when it’s throw that process.~I hope you see my comment it’s really important and I will greatly appreciate it thank you
Yes, you can. I did a whole video on how to apply for copyright registration in the U.S. : ua-cam.com/video/58yLLz57ewI/v-deo.html If you have a publisher however, they should have terms in your contract about who will file for the copyright and when. Check with your ream there.

It can take 24-72 hours after your book is live on Amazon.com Kindle store for it to show on ACX to claim. Also, be sure you are using the same sign on credentials.

@@UnknownArchive Correct. The book has to be an eBook on Amazon.com in the Kindle store before you can claim it on ACX or Findaway Voices to distribute to Audible or Amazon.
