- How To Uninstall Oracle Database 12c /19c
i). Delete the environment variable
ii). delete registries
iii). delete oracle home directory
iv) delete directoy from program file
v) delete directoy from start menu
vi) clear the temporary file
Holy crap dude. I've been looking for weeks for uninstall instructions that actually work. This is the only one I've found that successfully removed everything. Thank you.
Restart and then try to delete it.
I'm so thankful for this, a professor had us install 12c and it just didn't work and then I couldn't get it off my system following any of Oracle's documentation and it has been tearing away at resources. Following your steps it is finally gone! You're a lifesaver.

I installled Oracle 10g incorrectly and had been trying to install it once again but had failed many times, I tried and gave up every other day looking on the internet the issue the software was throwing the error for, This video just helped me uninstall Oracle 10g from my system and I could install the software properly now. Excellent, but I think you forgot to disable Oracle services at the beginning. This was the reason for the error message that appeared when you were trying to delete the Oracle folder. This message was the content that there is a folder opened by another program

I have a question, what if I have other ORACLE programs (like VirtualBox) and I delete the ORACLE folder from the Registry Editor, do I need to delete everything in the folder, or could I only delete the Oracle database specific registry from this folder?

But some files are not deleted from app file
How did you manage to delete the folder at step 3 please? Mine always says it requires admin stuffs and I always tried and trizd but it's still not deleted
delete home directory, first you have to delete all the registries and services then you can easily delete that folder, if any thing still is not deleting then restart your laptop/pc and then delete the folder.
I've tried torestart my computer...already two times...but I still can't delete it...I checked the Universal installer though and it says that I have no product installed....I already removed the environment variable and all the registries and services...but still I can't delete it :(
something is still missing, that's why you cant delete. again check all the registries and services.
perhaps...I don't know...I opened the Oracle Universal Installer to delete the remaining database products but it said that there are no products anymore, which perhaps means that all the others files have been deleted successfully...that's just a plain hypothesis. I still can't delete the folder thou... but because I assumed that the products have been deleted from the past steps (1 and 2), I continued with the 4th step you mentionned in your vid and I tried reinstalling once again the oracle database and placed the directory in another path. The new database is working completely fine until now. I still don't know why I can't delete the folder of the old oracle db, but I'd like to thank you anyways for your help, for this tutorial, and for your fast replies.
then simple follow these step to delete the folder
1. Go to the desired folder and open it.
2. Delete all content inside, you may find that a folder within the desired folder can't be deleted.
3. Go inside THAT folder and delete everything in there.
4. Go back to the folder that you just entered, and delete it.
5. Delete the folder that you wanted to delete in the first place.

write services.mcs in run and there stop all the orale running file then delete
