Great video thanks... I use to take whey protein shakes with all the amino acids.... The tryptophan made me so sleepy, dizzy, confused, no motivation, just slept all day... Its not for everyone

My six year old was given a script of Tryptophan for sleep. I was concerned about negative side effects as he’s very young. Should I be concerned?
Well I'm not Dr but right now I'm taking tryptophan... which is rather much take than any actual sleep px your Dr gives you

@@feLdct any medication the Dr's give you have worse side affects or or habit forming .. tryptophan is essential but idk how old you have to be to take it.. I use it because it helps with sleep
