"Don't be afraid to write crap. Crap makes great fertilizer." That made me laugh out loud ultra loud. Ultra. (Two heady glasses of Pinot Grigiot in... Pinot Greeesheeeooo... How does one spell that? Ah... Google says Pinot Grigio......) Aaaand, I'm back. Yes! Words of wisdom if I've ever heard any. Crap makes great fertilizer.
Love this!!! Thank you for the tips. It's funny... because every tip that you talked about and explained, I am guilty for doing all of that.... ESPECIALLY the "editing while I'm writing" dilemma. LOL
So, my story is based of a plethora of information that I have thought up over the course of about six years. The problem is, is that I'm struggling with condensing it all into one massive story (I'm not worried about it being one book or five). The problem is, is that I am unsure where to begin. Could you do a video on where to begin your novel when your world is too vast? Lol.
It's exciting that you have so many ideas. Once you have the notes and ideas jotted down I think you will natural story lines, and some good places to start each part of the story will likely emerge.
Love the presentation and huge enthusiasm. Thank you. Would you consider creating a course on twists and misdirecting the reader (staying ahead of the reader, I mean- they are clever!).
Great question. Word works, as well as other word processing software. Here are some other ideas for app or desktop writing software: www.thewritersacademy.co.uk/blog/writing-apps/ . You'll want to try them out first, or look at online tutorials for them, as some have a learning curve. Good luck with your writing!
"don't put future you out of a job. That's just mean." Thats gonna go through my head when i think about editing XD
