20 min in and it's the defendants trying to get out of being examined in court. It's like a kid trying to convince a parent to not talk to their teacher. Its nearly condemning that the defense is trying so hard to get out of something that should be so innocuous.

Anyone in fulton county / atlanta should be happy to hear that they never have to "accept" certified mail or any other normally acceptable service from their da office and if they argue that u were served after you no-show, just make the argument here.. how can they say the DA herself is allowed to ignore subpoena but the citizens who voted her in to not be allowed to do the same

The amount of corruption and lawlessness of the elected officials in Fulton is staggering. It’s in full view here in real time. Just like the democrats. Democrat tactics, accuse Trump of what they themselves are guilty of. Fanni and Wade were colluding with Kamala and the White House administration to falsify document and use classified documents. Fanni is hiding thousands of dollars in payouts and bribes. Now Fanni can’t produce documents on where that money came from and where she herself paid out.
Thankfully the judge ruled in the favor of Ashley Merchant and the Merchant Law Firm. It was obvious the District Attorney's office was ducking and hiding her. People either were told to do so or did it on their own. Either way it's wrong and the citizens of Fulton County should expect better.
