- Our second Walibi park of the trip brings us into the Netherlands for their Holland park! This was a park Taylor got to visit back in 2018, where he famously got to be a ride op at their Goliath roller coaster. Now, the park boasts an RMC hybrid coaster called Untamed, that we couldn't wait to experience!

@Coaster Studios Thanks! Yeah, true. Most of the people in the Netherlands can communicate perfectly in English. But when I have to switch in a few seconds unexpected from Dutch to English, it.. well, is sometimes a challenge to say things correctly. Haha. Thanks! It was fun! 🙂

Walibi Holland (and it's predecessors) used to be my home park, I've been going there since 1998 when it was still called Walibi Flevo. I experienced the Six Flags Holland and Walibi World era. So I've seen this park change a lot over just 24 years. It's not my home park anymore because I moved to Orlando, FL.
I'm glad the park is adding rides again, because they did had a time there wasn't going a lot of investments to the park. Actually at one point they removed more rides than added new rides. Now it's definitely growing again, adding rides and transforming the park. Some like it, others not so much. I had the chance to visit Walibi Holland again last June and I enjoyed it. Got to ride Untamed and Lost Gravity for the first time and I'm really excited for the future of this park.
Trueee, you can literally see how it is slowly recovering from the Six Flags times!

from my experience, its alot of fun, he also didnt mention the smells, altough they might not do it anymore because last time i went it didnt smell like welding gas... but still great line
Still can’t get over the fact you do Efteling and bobbejaanland in one day as I need two days at least to visit Efteling 😂

Honestly I can understand it. I went to Bobbejaanland in 2018, of course that was before Fury opened but it was kind of a nothing place, quite run down too and not too interesting ngl. I also visited Walibi Holland on that trip funnily enough and rode Robin Hood. That thing was rough but now I regret not going there a year later or something. I've yet to ride any RMC's and Untamed looks excellent
The only reason you would need 2 days for the Efteling is because their capacity is way too low based on their visitor numbers and that brings us with reason 2, their lines are mostly too long for mediocre rides …

The Condor reaction was a highlight of the video lmao. For me the ride is in this weird position where it's objectively terrible, but so much so that it's fun again in its own way. The vest restraints take out the actual pain the ride used to cause, and instead you're just being thrown around like you're in a blender or something. For what it's worth, I also still stand by my statement that the layouts on SLC's are actually not bad at all, it's just harder to appreciate on Condor haha. Also the Skycoaster is one of only two that were ever built by Funtime, which is why it looks so different. The other one used to be at Walibi Belgium, but got removed in 2007 to make place for Vertigo (and we all know how that ended up going hehe)
I always say that condor feels like the literal feeling of being drunk.
I just gotta say, Sarah is adorable. That segment with her operating Goliath? PRICELESS. A pearl beyond measure. Her personality is just so ebullient. Hold onto her, Bybee. She's a keeper.

More rides should use overgrowth as a theme. Works well saves money on up keep lol.
Walibi Holland is also expected to
build a RMC single rail! It isn't officially announced yet, but the relationship between RMC and Compagnie des Alpes (owners of Walibi) seems pretty good! Planned for 2024

This park is so underrated in my opinion because when i went there,there where no lines and it was in the summer
Same reason my daughter (13) loves Indiana Beach. She's been to every Six Flags and Cedar Fair park in a 300 mile (500km) radius, but nearby IB is her favorite. No crowds or long lines on a hot day is a wonderful thing.

Hello to the coster studios friends wow that Park is awesome 👍 but those tunnels were so spooky like oh my God and the train looks so real wow that's was so cool and awesome 👍 you guys have fun and have a good day or night where ever you are and i wish you guys safe travels.
Untamed really exceeded my expectations. It was excellent. Probably still rate Twisted Timbers over it for the smaller RMCs, however Untamed has more varied elements. Those Buzzed Bars Drunk Riders guys made some good points, however a mid RMC is still a world class coaster. Top 5 European coaster for me. Goliath was fun too. Great Park. Lost Gravity was closed on my visit which was a shame, so i'll be back.

There used to be a gokart track, which they removed. This is the location near the drop tower where the junior coaster is going to be.

Bobbejaanland AND Efteling in one day? That seems like waaay too little time
They didn't intend to visit it but Sarah really wanted to go there so they cut Bobbejaanland's day in half. I hope they go and see the things they missed out on, but considering they are going on a busy summer day I indeed doubt they will have time for that.

Untamed is better, they had to work with parts of the old track. Some new rmc's are build new. You can't even compare. But untamed is brutal.

I think untamed is better than ANY other RMC!! well with aireforce one and wildcats revenge coming out I don’t think this is gonna be better than those but the elements are so unique and it’s pretty much a combination of steel vengeance zadra hakugei twisted cyclone and aireforce one!! The ending is also incredible especially that there’s a double inverting stall AND a zero g stall is INSANE!! I also interesting how the zero g stall is not at the beginning of the ride and that barrel roll is awesome
It’s also interesting how it’s such a good ride for its height
you could see the Gopro shake so much on the SLC, and that's when you know it's rough!😅😂
I'm still a little sad that Robin Hood is gone though, it was kind of bad but it was my first ever wooden coaster, so it holds a special place in my heart. also Speed of Sound closing is kind of a regular occurrence. it also used to have a much better sound track, the new one is much worse

I stand by my theory that most RMCs are better in the front during the day, but at night after they warm up its the back all the way
Walibi holland is a great park, I just wish they got their act together on the park music, cause now, it just feels like royalty-free music that a travel vlogger would use.

I hated xpress platform 13. Sitting in the front left of the car where the egdes of the car curve in was a nightmare. Physically couldnt have my left leg in the seat properly because of the little leg seperator in the middle. Plus on the day I went when it was 28c and a fairly long queue time the queue was unbearably hot. Still love Walibi Holland though.

I think this park needs a big standout ride, because to be honest, I don't think Untamed or Goliath fills that role.
What do you want them to build? This is just a mid-sized regional park, it isn’t Cedar Point…
