Siempre se lo digo que se notan muchas horas delante de la jurasti,la mandrinadora es la.maquina más versátil que existe es unas manos hábiles no quieres fresadora nunca más jajaja eso sí en las manuales un bocadillo de jamón y el juego de palancas avances rápidos lo mejor :)

This guy and the machine he runs are the best combination of NC/CNC and manual machine I have seen lately. It is great to know there are people left in the world that make money the old fashioned way by working for it. I ran an old Carlton 4 ft. arm radial drill the first two years in the shop drilling and tapping water line holes in plastic mold bases. I can tell you that positioning system would have saved a great deal of work for me.

No se puede usar un reloj convencional para el centraje de agujeros. En este caso parece que sólo se requiere del centraje en "X" que podría ser correcto, ya que la altura en "Y" dependerá de la caída de la "caña" de la máquina, y al estar centrada a la mesa no variara mas de 0,01mm

Fantástico trabajo como siempre. Una duda, ¿como ajustas el vuelo de la herramienta de la barra de mandrinar para hacer un mandrinado de precisión?. Edito: ya vi que luego usas un mandrinador para la medida final 👍

Incorpora un sistema de parada en el avance automatico que se regula a la longitud deseada. Cuando llega a ese tope predefinido, el plato deja de avanzar longitudinalmente aunque siga girando. Es un sistema preciso y fiable. Gracias y un saludo.
