Installing an aftermarket stereo on a Lexus es300 and bypassing the amp if you have not sound

I have been trying to install this Android stereo for a few hours and bypass the factory amp.
I found a less complicated way to do it without cutting too many wires.

What colors are the constant, ignition and all that for the head unit itself

I got a harness adapter from the car lines, so every adapter will come with the colours and labels. And for the stereo is kinda the same history. Every new stereo should come with the name and tags for every line and what colour goes with it. I think in the case of this stereo, the 12 v was the red and black ground.
