I can see how someone would think this from my own variability, but I think getting more pleasure means working harder (and longer) for it which probably naturally increases volume. If you're going to try a zinc supplement find one with Quercetin as well, it basically opens to doorway to allow Zinc in. Also, this is anecdotal but I started taking Ashwagandha KSM-66 to help with stress and the next day I noticed quite a big difference in load size and it has stayed that way as long as I take it.

Related to longer foreplay is a practice called EDGING. That works too. My personal experience is hydration and taking large quantities of arginine, lecithin, zinc and pygeum. They have DRAMATICALLY increased my semen production. For me LECITHIN and WATER is the key.

There are two points in the video I feel obliged to chime in on, of which the first is the use of the expression "foreplay". I find it strange, that as a doctor who produces videos on sex related topics on youtube, you use foreplay in a non-ironical way. The way I interpret that is that you're perhaps unaware of how poorly this word is most often used, and the baggage that term carries. In my opinion, the word foreplay should not be used, because it doesn't mean anything. There is no "before sex" activity that anyone should, or needs to, perform in order to have sex. Everything is sex, everything is "foreplay". Warming up? Getting excited and aroused? yes extremely positive and important, as is cuddling, and aknowledgeing your partners needs, being present to them. Through the entire relationship. All of which could be considered "foreplay". I believe the whole olde-concept of foreplay may well have had a detremental effect on many people's views of what "sex should look like". As if there's a script, and has thus undermined the ability for many to realize the need and want to have a conversation about what it is each of us need to get aroused, or turned on, and ready for "the real sex" - what ever that might mean for any one individual. And then there's the ejaculate Volume point, and the "it's a just special effects" argument. Based on a very small sample size (of one) I'm intimately familiar with how witholding from ejaculating most often does indeed affect the amount of ejaculate positively. What you didn't mention is that it's also often much more pleasurable to orgasm after a longer pause - which might also mean less ability to objectively estimate the amount of ejaculate produced. Whether this increase in pleasure is universal, or related to the amount of ejaculate I can't really say for sure but the studies I've performed seem to indicate in that direction. However, again based on the same sample size, the amount of ejaculate of 5 ml on average is surprising. I'm accustomed to seeing 5ml pretty much on a daily basis, and anything up to around roughly three times that on a good day, especially with a longer break in between ejaculations. The prop argument seems a little difficult to parse for what exactly your intended message is? Because in order for that point to be driven home, you kind of need examples - which obviously our benevolent overlords would never allow on here. Considering how fake and extreme porn can get, I'm sure there are indeed a lot of ejaculations presented in porn which are less than genuine. No doubt. But proclaiming that ejaculation performances in porn and fake seems a bit disingenuine and contrived. As far as I'm aware, there are some very professional male performers who have mastered how to both increase the volume of their ejaculations, and the potency of their ejaculations by having workd on their pelvic muscle control, and stand out among their peers because of that skill set - among perhaps other genetic or other traits that go along with their abilities gained through practice. Extended foreplay definitely works! I took a zinc supplement for months and I didn't notice an increase in volume. But what I did notice was taking L-Arginine increased my volume, and it only took a few days of taking it daily.

Another one is heavy and light barbell squats! Try to get as fit as possible but include squats you will shoot more AND you stay hard for at least 3-4 rounds afterward. Also squats can end premature ejaculation so another reason to do it !

I was recently put on Finasteride to help shrink my prostate. I've noticed a difference in quantity and consistency.
Try Cialis at 5mg per day for BPH. Works better than the other options I tried. Can't honestly say about volume but have my life back for now.

Related to longer foreplay is a practice called EDGING. That works too. My personal experience is hydration and taking large quantities of arginine, lecithin, zinc and pygeum. They have DRAMATICALLY increased my semen production. For me LECITHIN and WATER is the key.
Add some selenium to the mix as well.

I've never really struggled with amount load. My passed female partners struggled in quaffing the amount I produced. But I believe it was all attributed to exercising and eating steaks. But that's what I believe. Now, because of you it's my drive that has gone real high. It's worse than when I was in my teens.

I've let go of a lot of stress, and I believe that helped out tremendously, along with exercise and good to average diet. So now I have that going once again, and also finding Dr. Malik's channel and seeing her it doubles and even triple's my drive.

There are two points in the video I feel obliged to chime in on, of which the first is the use of the expression "foreplay".
I find it strange, that as a doctor who produces videos on sex related topics on youtube, you use foreplay in a non-ironical way. The way I interpret that is that you're perhaps unaware of how poorly this word is most often used, and the baggage that term carries.
In my opinion, the word foreplay should not be used, because it doesn't mean anything. There is no "before sex" activity that anyone should, or needs to, perform in order to have sex. Everything is sex, everything is "foreplay". Warming up? Getting excited and aroused? yes extremely positive and important, as is cuddling, and aknowledgeing your partners needs, being present to them. Through the entire relationship. All of which could be considered "foreplay". I believe the whole olde-concept of foreplay may well have had a detremental effect on many people's views of what "sex should look like". As if there's a script, and has thus undermined the ability for many to realize the need and want to have a conversation about what it is each of us need to get aroused, or turned on, and ready for "the real sex" - what ever that might mean for any one individual.
And then there's the ejaculate Volume point, and the "it's a just special effects" argument.
Based on a very small sample size (of one) I'm intimately familiar with how witholding from ejaculating most often does indeed affect the amount of ejaculate positively. What you didn't mention is that it's also often much more pleasurable to orgasm after a longer pause - which might also mean less ability to objectively estimate the amount of ejaculate produced. Whether this increase in pleasure is universal, or related to the amount of ejaculate I can't really say for sure but the studies I've performed seem to indicate in that direction.
However, again based on the same sample size, the amount of ejaculate of 5 ml on average is surprising. I'm accustomed to seeing 5ml pretty much on a daily basis, and anything up to around roughly three times that on a good day, especially with a longer break in between ejaculations.
The prop argument seems a little difficult to parse for what exactly your intended message is? Because in order for that point to be driven home, you kind of need examples - which obviously our benevolent overlords would never allow on here. Considering how fake and extreme porn can get, I'm sure there are indeed a lot of ejaculations presented in porn which are less than genuine. No doubt.
But proclaiming that ejaculation performances in porn and fake seems a bit disingenuine and contrived. As far as I'm aware, there are some very professional male performers who have mastered how to both increase the volume of their ejaculations, and the potency of their ejaculations by having workd on their pelvic muscle control, and stand out among their peers because of that skill set - among perhaps other genetic or other traits that go along with their abilities gained through practice. Again, no doubt at least some of those exploding abilities are thanks to special effects or other trick shots. But generalizing that porn ejaculations are fake and/or enhanced? That makes it sound like perhaps there was an opportunity here to do more thorough research here to avoid making such overt claims.

One couple I know of adviced that the man bring himself to the edge a few times during the day. Which is similar to the extended foreplay method.
Same old thing doctors always say. Stop drinking, stop smoking, eat healthy, drink more water, work out.
Extended foreplay definitely works! I took a zinc supplement for months and I didn't notice an increase in volume. But what I did notice was taking L-Arginine increased my volume, and it only took a few days of taking it daily.
Well I can tell you this the more you release the better it feels and waiting a few days works while staying hydrated, When I am at operating level so to say being in my 50s I can still shoot a couple feet and that comes from Keagle exercises as well

Another one is heavy and light barbell squats! Try to get as fit as possible but include squats you will shoot more AND you stay hard for at least 3-4 rounds afterward. Also squats can end premature ejaculation so another reason to do it !
