brought the 5 star notebook out for this. i even took cornell notes. i now plan to formulate an outstanding essay, in MLA format, with a Chicago-style bibliography, explaining to my wife how she’ll want me back.
Increasing size is so easy, I gained over an inch from nov 13 2023 to jan 24 2024, literally just doing stretch and holds approx 10 to 15min at a time in different directions. Just enough tension where it feels uncomfortable. I can't believe how easy it was and how amazing the results were, it's changed my life. I'm sharing this so anyone can do it and not be self conscious like I was and still am to some extent. I went from 5.5 length 5in approx girth to 6.5 length and bigger girth but didn't measure it. Size does indeed matter to most women. However, every woman has a different opinion on what size they prefer. The purpose of this video is supporting men who may be considering penile enhancement, which can be very unsafe. On a side note, many women have these conversations in private, those of us who have had large men, only want that moving forward. But those who end up in love with a man who is average to slightly below average, women gave been known to “make it work”, especially is they know how to use it, which positions to get into to please the woman, and the connection is strong… but I can tell you, it’s difficult if the man isn’t willing to learn her body and do what he with what he has including doing other things to please her.
For pumps: You use it for 3 sets of 10 minutes, and 3 minutes breaks in between each set. Keeping the vacuum strength manageable. Get a gauge to track. If you see purpling or bruising, it’s too strong. Then after a month, go to 3 sets of 12 minutes, with 3 minute breaks. Then after another month, 3 sets of 15 minutes with 3 minute breaks. Each month you can increase gauge strength. Start around 2-4, then 3-5, finally 4-6 (measured in whatever gauge you use I think it’s psi)

Diet and moderate cardio exercise can be very helpful with functionality down there. When I started eating slightly healthier and jogging (6mph) regularly 2-3 miles per day, within a few weeks not only did I start feeling better but could also tell a difference down there both in length (1/4-1/3in) (some girth but nothing significant) and hardness.. Especially with morning wood and the duration of it. After a while it made me think of all those people who hit the gym and work hard to have big muscles… but are probably somewhat dysfunctional down there. You could have 7+ inches and still be insecure if you only last 2-3 minutes. Final thoughts… do more cardio, see small improvements and last 8-24 minute rounds lol have a good day guys. You can also increase size / appearance simply by having lower body fat levels, and clean shaving the pubic area. And to answer some of your points specifically. -------------------------------------------- 1) Age: Yes, it's better to start younger to get the most progress (like with anything else) however you should still try it at any age, as it might help with general organ atrophy, erections and sexual health/wellness. 2) Time: While i do agree that i had too much free time on my hands when i was younger and now a lot less it is still possible for most men to dedicate 30 min to 1 hour a day to just sit or stand with an erection in your bathroom or your room. (I mean it's not that hard really, you might think that you will look silly but you already do while doing many other life activities such as talking to girls, taking a shit, sleeping, masturbating which most people already do, etc.. so who cares) 3) Weight: Again you are correct, It is better to be skinny as more of the organ will be visible as well as the hormonal levels will more likely help with the overall process when you are younger. For pumps: You use it for 3 sets of 10 minutes, and 3 minutes breaks in between each set. Keeping the vacuum strength manageable. Get a gauge to track. Diet and moderate cardio exercise can be very helpful with functionality down there. When I started eating slightly healthier and jogging (6mph) regularly 2-3 miles per day, within a few weeks not only did I start feeling better but could also tell a difference down there both in length (1/4-1/3in) (some girth but nothing significant) and hardness.. Especially with morning wood and the duration of it. After a while it made me think of all those people who hit the gym and work hard to have big muscles… but are probably somewhat dysfunctional down there. it's about the development of the muscle part of the penis (which is more or less 50%) and the general organ development / hypertrophy (blood constantly pushing against the walls of the penis over many years), as well as good blood circulation and having higher testosterone levels for harder erections.
You can also increase size / appearance simply by having lower body fat levels, and clean shaving the pubic area.
