Hi Rob, thanks for the video! I watched your previous video a couple of months ago about cleaning with RHWSC Cleaner. As you stated, you had never cleaned it but now you did and I wondered did it make a difference? We are in a new home with a new water softener, one year old, which is the same exact as yours. Our old house for 23 years, never required cleaning And so I wonder if this is actually necessary. Did it make a difference?
I couldn't tell if it made a difference. And I'm not sure if I'll ever clean it again. My last softener died from age and a corroded/failed circuit board. I never cleaned it. So, good question... is it needed? Or a gimmick?
Thank You for the videos, we are going into a new home and looking for a water softener. This seems to be low maintenance and nice looking.
