  • Back to the ring after 3 years for a full trackday. I had to start slow and relearn the track again. I am still learning the pace of all the locals and experienced folks, but it wasn't too bad to my feeling.
    First time out with the Manthey Performance Kit on the GT4. The suspension and aero tricks are really something. I cannot wait to take this out to other tracks like Zandvoort and Assen.
    Oh, and my GoPro died at the end.

      Firmer, stable platform. Much better chassis control. More grip. Better tire wear.

      @@ebcars19 I have not driven a GT4RS but based on what I read, I believe the MR 3-way suspension with external reservoirs and low+hi-speed has way better damping than the GT4RS OEM suspension.
      Maybe @mgcharoudin can chime in?

      MR dampers on GT4 makes the chassis platform more stable and predictable than stock 4RS at a course such as N’ring,as has been said. All GT car need a proper alignment anyway. 4RS can of course be modified with aftermarket coilovers as well and then you have all the power and all the grip in one package. MR dampers for 4RS are 4-way adjustable for H/L Bump and H/L rebound and hold pressure with an external reservoir. Other kits are available- e.g. SSR/KW 3-way, Ohlins TTX and Dundon/MCS 3-way
