      thanks mate, these days you can just buy a carb cap and use the on the end of the sprayer, but when I made this there were no carb caps. Cheers!

    Thanks, nice setup.
    You could hook up a T peace and do both lines at once.

      I assume with the new carb caps you could just plug one of those right into the line and clamp it on?

      +Keith Russell there is an update to this, yes use the same pump, but easier to use something like this that wasn't available before. kegking.com.au/cleaners-and-sanitising-equipment/carbonation-cap-line-cleaning-cap-counter-pressure-filler.html something like that, all you have to do is attach the pump hose to it.Cheers!

    great setup and thanks for reminding me that my line is overdue for a clean. I have only done it once and I just ran keg cleaner through it and then some water. my lhbs doesn't seem to have starsan. they give me phosphoric acid. is that the active ingredient in starsan?

    • @HomeBrewNetwork
      @HomeBrewNetwork  10 років тому

      yep that's what it is made from. Coincidently that last video you commented on, the bottle cap counter pressure filler can be used to do this, if you half fill a PET bottle with soap or sanitiser and charge the bottle with some gas, then hook up the beer line to it and it force it through the lines. You waste gas and will have to charge the bottle a few times over, but it would work. I like this system better no wasted gas and no stopping and starting.

    Great vid, what psi do you carbonate and or serve at, those beers poured nice!

    • @HomeBrewNetwork
      @HomeBrewNetwork  9 років тому

      I leave my beers around 11-13 psi, saying that I have about 13feet (4m) of 1/4 inch (6mm) Internal Diameter beer line, beer line stats make a difference. Thanks mate, Cheers!
