New mic sounds fantastic. Very professional! The meat fruit doesn't look like something I'd enjoy but for the price and effort you made it look cracking, well done! Brussells pate and orange jelly is like something out of those novelty 70s cookbooks.
Thanks CMW! Pleased with the audio quality too. Yes funny how you can present these naff, retro ingredients in a certain way and suddenly they're elite level food!
@@BigSpud on this topic feel like i should point out that when you wear headphones your mic alone comes through on one side. I thought it was on my end alone but it is only on this video maybe a fix that should be seen to :)
@@BigSpud you're welcome! If anything occurs to me I'll leave a comment. I'm sure there are more of Heston's (or another similar chef's) recipes that you can do this with x
Super effort and improvement from your last effort. I’d actually try this, especially as a show piece starter, considering the hefty £26 tag. You’re giving me the NPD technologist bug. Super work Gaz. HHH
Hey, a very interesting video! A small critique: with headphones I can only hear your voice on my left ear. Unfortunately, that makes it a bit strenuous to listen to. Apart from that the audio is great!
What Michelin-starred meal would you like me to create from Aldi ingredients next?

@@rubixprism687 Yes thanks, a couple of people mentioned it. As I said, new gear so I didn't think to check that. Will fix for the next!
This was so interesting to watch. And the meat fruit turned out so well! I think this'll make for a fun series of vids
Thanks for the feedback! If you have any ideas of food to cook next I'd love to hear them.

I enjoyed this video so much! I hope you do more of these. And it looked so great, too. You could serve this on a cracker cheese board at a party.
Thanks so much! Yes it would go well on a cheeseboard and could be prepper ahead, sitting happily in the fridge for a few days.

Thanks very much. I'm working on my next glow-down recipe right now!
Fantastic!!
Thanks very much!
Damn you, now you’ve made me want patè on sourdough!
That would be a lot easier than what I did. Off to the corner shop with you!
Can you inject those jelly cubes with Vodka? College memories…..Jello shots!! Woo hoo😊
Edit- I would glue the pate with butter 🤤
You could certainly do that!

Thanks for the feedback! Yes I am playing with new audio gear and it never occurred to me to check that. I will fix for the next video.
Do you care for any of Wolfgang Pucks recipes? Great video 👍
Great question, I'm aware of him but he's virtually unknown in the UK. Never really looked into his recipes. Where should I start?
@@BigSpud He is well known for his Seabass in puff pastry and his chicken pot pie I would suggest those. I love me a chicken pot pie.
Keep perfecting it over the next video
How well can you make this with aldi ingredients
I won't try this again soon, I had to run it so many times to experiment! But I will try other recipes.
