    New mic sounds fantastic. Very professional!
    The meat fruit doesn't look like something I'd enjoy but for the price and effort you made it look cracking, well done!
    Brussells pate and orange jelly is like something out of those novelty 70s cookbooks.

      @@BigSpud on this topic feel like i should point out that when you wear headphones your mic alone comes through on one side. I thought it was on my end alone but it is only on this video maybe a fix that should be seen to :)

    I enjoyed this video so much! I hope you do more of these. And it looked so great, too. You could serve this on a cracker cheese board at a party.

      Thanks so much! Yes it would go well on a cheeseboard and could be prepper ahead, sitting happily in the fridge for a few days.

    Hey, a very interesting video! A small critique: with headphones I can only hear your voice on my left ear. Unfortunately, that makes it a bit strenuous to listen to. Apart from that the audio is great!

      Great question, I'm aware of him but he's virtually unknown in the UK. Never really looked into his recipes. Where should I start?

      @@BigSpud He is well known for his Seabass in puff pastry and his chicken pot pie I would suggest those. I love me a chicken pot pie.

      I won't try this again soon, I had to run it so many times to experiment! But I will try other recipes.
