Lenovo laptop keyboard stop working fixed

Mu Lenovo laptop keyboard keeps screwing with me. Sadly, I used cavi wipes to remove any stains on it while the laptop was on and any button I press, it also does stuff like "yjyjyj" or "SsSsSs". How do I fix it?

Only my numbers work and the keyboards letters and on screen keyboards letters do not give any response please may you find a solution for me

If your keyboard doesn't work at all, even in the bios, do the following:
1) Turn off the laptop, unplug the charger,
2) Press the Fn + S + V keys at the same time for 40 seconds.
3) Then press and hold the power button for 40 seconds.
4) Then turn on your laptop.
