Sweet just watched your video enjoyed watching the math behind it all. But why do you do the percentages like FI as 0.25? Its a legit question for my monkey brain. I understand 100% is 1.00 but wouldn't you do it as x 1.25 in the calculator or formula? Oh and the AMP 1 as 2.00 what is that meant to represent? Oh bugger also the firewall shield damage buff 7:27. I didn't understand that math sorry with the 10% x (13.5% x 2). Like what's with the 10% at the start. Im guessing the damage bonus is obviously the 13.5% because the 2 lovebirds but the original 10% at the start is throwing me.
In the formula is is (1+Xcell) So we show it as 0.25 as that is what 25% is, but it is calculated as 1.25 as it is an increase. Amp 1 as 2.00 is Strikers with Chest and Backpack at full stacks. The first 10% on Firewall is the PAssive Buff, allies withing 10 meters of you get a 10% amp.
@@DodRegnbue you beauty I forgot about the formulas you have to change for xcell to do its magic. I totally forgot about the firewall spec buff that's where I was thrown for a loop, bloody hell. Ah never would of thought of strikers in amp section for your formulas. I keep it as separate as total weapon damage then add the amplified after. Quick question... multiple total weapon damage talents in one build (composure and companion). Are they two separate multiplicatives to one another or added together as one big multiplicative. Sorry if I'm rambling

@@thomasmarquet5470 Only amps are seperate. The issue then comes with how the devs have worded things. Sadist/ignited/eyeless are all desribed as simple "weapons damage" But they are in fact amps. Everything else sort of falls into a "bucket". Everthing in the buckets ADDS together, but all Buckets MULTIPLY together. So if you have 2 sources of TWD at 25% each. You have 0.5 TWD. I just read word for word as it was and thought it was either standard weapon or total weapon at most. Never bothered testing if it was amplified. Bloody hell
A while back Dod posted a video on ouroboros striker builds. The main takeaway regarding strikers chest vs. Ceska + Obliterate was that if you can maintain 170+ stacks the strikers chest is better. Which is only really applicable on the incursion bosses. Use an obliterate chest (pref cheska) for more consistent and upfront damage, especially in open world / missions.
@@spaghetti1535 using a ceska piece enables you to run more Critical Hit Damage which is 12% per mod/roll instead of 5% Critical Hit Chance on weapon mods or 6% on mods/rolls. Because Ceska gives 10%. Sokolov/Fenris would be fine too, but Ceska is better if you are optimizing. You can remove crithit-chance mods/rolls in favor of more crithit-damage. Lastly, the CHC from Ceska benefits any weapon you are running, a weapon specific brand will not benefit your secondary of choice.

I know you dont build for pvp but do these numbers and overall ratings hold true in pvp? It seems like the scaling in pvp is adjusted dramatically for multipliers but i dont know.
I'm with Raucey on the Ceska side. CHC is the most consistent stat where CHD relies on CHC and DTOC relies on enemy position. And also, CHD mods have the same value as the Grupo where with Ceska you get 4% more bang for your buck! But we're splitting hairs here. That is quite clear.
Idk how anyone could confirm if its a bug, but i just loaded up division and one of my famas has lost its level 4 expertise i had 2 one level 9 and one level 4 now i only have my level 9 one and a proficient famas
What head shot damage are you talking about man? Cheska and coyote is the way to go with st elmo engine. For oreo use foxes prayer instead of cheska. So wrong...
This is just about Oreo, not Elmo. Elmo, yes, Ceska. Look at the actual head shot damage on the sheet. Contractors are the way to go in the Incursion here with Oreo. Just Oreo. Fox's are the worst option.

Honestly, I can't be bothered to even play the game at the moment. I'm already extremely bored of the incursion and I haven't even gotten the gun yet. RNG bores the hell out of me. Makes me just not want to play the game tbh.

I would run ceska even in incursions up till wright, the added CHC for secondary medium to long range needs to be considered

they rejigged the expertise system a while back... they should have refunded you some materials via the mail with material caches
