There are 2 ways to make exotic components. First way craft a chatterbox and break it down - mostly easy to do - takes time and KEYS. Second way, I have done this a few times a while back. start a new level 0 character in DC - finish the early section - get to white house - get that first exotic, break it down, then delete that new character create another. Then rinse and repeat.
Countdown is the best for exotics. Set the target loot to assault rifles and farm. For other materials, just do control points, and you will have more than enough.

My speed method is to use all my 4 characters and take over every control point......then use the 4 characters and just fast travel to each control point on a daily basis and collect the resource rewards.... For actually doing control points I go to NY and keep resetting those CP's. For quick XP and SHD I do Lincoln Memorial on HEROIC and 3 directives : repeating.
So if i make 3 mules we share the 9999 cap of whatever resource? Then they all earn shd points simultaneously and i can switch toon to top any given resource up as and when its needed ? The ones that the scavenging give out at least?
well im more likely overwhelmed where to start. im now around 2 weeks lvl 40. first weel i thought im doing my last missions and try to get some resources and cash and xp. but then there are too many builds and im trying to farm sets, but dont find the right one for me cause many needs some good exotics or crazy stuff etc. and as almost everytime solo player with 60k hits i just can farm hard mode but nothing better. 2nd week i heared of recalibration, oh boy what a crazy tool! and now almost all loot goes in here! now i have a great library to fill. and other way is to get a good build, right now im playing with turret and drone and stay safe and play slow but steady. now i can farm better ones but not legendary so its a good boost and many things i havent tried. im just curious with the maxed attribute. do i have better chances with higher difficult, or its just random? its hard to know how to start a good build and if its good to start with low attributes or just trying to farm a relative good ones first which needs to farm the same dungeon many times to get a potent item
I wish we got some %age drop rates on exotics. Been running countdown for ages now, not a single exotic drop, just buying the caches instead as 2 challenging runs is generally enough for 1 cache. You just random roll any exotic, not a specific targeted one.
You left out Black Tusk drops Titanium. Tactical assessments should only be made from rerunning Wony for SHD watch points, and save the SHD in active characters for converting to materials if needed . Everything depends on the number of active characters you use - an active character is a character that uses builds to play the game and requires upgraded skills and specialisations.
I just do whatever leveling i can on my main to get them watch levels for whatever i need lol. I don't have the time or patience to do the warlords DLC on another character lol.

That’s because you shouldn’t worry about farming materials until you’ve hit max level and farm countdown for a build you like. Expertise and SHD levels are endgame not mid game. End game means you’ve completed every possible thing the game has to offer for casual players. Once you hit endgame that’s when the hardcore stuff sets in. I hope this makes sense and gives a sense of direction.
Ima new player hit lvl 40 my watch is like 25 now but I don't understand crafting I spent so long crafting so many guns and not one was better than what I have and I have like a 95k smg lol all my stuff sucks what's easy to get better stuff by yourself if you don't play with anyone?

They took away the floor 10 Legendary boss farm. I killed him once, got a big horn and some gear, then came back killed him 2 more times and not a single item dropped! I guess I have to reset and start at floor 1 again 😢
what if we could add multiple talents to our weapons, at a price, but could only activate one talent at a time, with an ON and OFF switch on the weapon, but only at the recal table……..instead of having to recall our weapons every time we change a builds…..if anyone ever played Div1, it’s like runner alphabridge all the time but only being able to run one talent at a time depending on that build…….🤷🏿♂️ jus an idea 🧐🤔 oh yeah 3 talents max, per weapon
Expertise is the biggest waste of time Massive has ever come up with. Make your Agent stronger more powerful to play the same repetitive missions we have been doing for five years against NPCs That Scale Up the damage and health to match the more powerful Agents. Which makes the Expertise System useless, because the NPCs only scale up to match the Agents new increased power. 🧐🤔

If your a new player wanting to do PvP , firstly you have to get your SHD watch up to 2000 then get your expertise up to max as well, or the other players will always have an advantage of extra weapon damage , Health and Armour.

DZ, Countdown, and an extra character completing warlords of ny to use those watch points.

I prefer control points too. They’re fun to play which matters to me when farming. Otherwise I get too bored.
