I'm 16 I blush at everything literally I've never had a gf I have no confidence and have been diagnosed with social anxiety I'm afraid to go hang out with friends I'm afraid to speak up I'm basically afraid of everything I just go to school and then come home and on weekends I don't do anything just sit on my ass and watch tv, please help me I've gone to a psychologist and nothing helps it, please help give me your best foolproof tips, I'm begging you

dyingwillbullet13 Great question. That indecisiveness is part of the problem! Pick one. Trust your gut. The "I don't know enough yet to decide" story is just an excuse to not JUMP IN and take action. So, jump in my friend. Anything will help you start changing more than nothing!
+Get More Confidence This is excellent advice. There is an old Russian expression "If you chase two rabbits you will catch neither of them." Pick something and do it. Will the results be perfect? Maybe! Can you make it work no matter what? YES!
Thanks for sharing...I just want to comment on when you said the shy guy in the corner lol What I want to say about being confident it isn't about trying to change and be a different person some people are naturally exterverted and attractive and some people are attractive with just sitting in the corner and being shy, different girls are attracted to different things, sometimes girls don't want guys approaching them or a guy who goes up and isn't shy to talk to them, a shy guy can be attractive. just being relaxed and comfortable.
Yes, great point! Being confident isn't about forcing yourself to be an extrovert. It's really about being comfortable in yourself no matter what.
