    About once a year I enjoy doing a video about Hokkaido. This is a wonderful corner to check out if you have the time and are looking for something different.

    There is much to say. It is a very nice and relaxing video, the national park looks very nice, it is good that there is a bus with good frequency to visit and tour the park, in addition to the fact that the view of the town and the viewpoint of the rock is wonderful. Thank you very much Andrew, it was a nice walk. Many greetings from Chile!

      As always, many thanks Ariel! This is a wonderful corner of Japan, and I am happy to share it. It was a memorable trip in August 2021. I also enjoy when you share the fantastic places Chile has to offer!

    Hokkaido looks so beautiful! We definitely will want to visit the Shiretoko National Park! The boardwalk looks amazing I love that green grass, and, yes, it totally looks like the Window wallpaper 😆. Those kayakers must be having a blast!

      Its a wonderful part of the country (and a pleasant change from the oppressive summer heat of Tokyo!) I didn't know kayaking there was even possible beforehand! Would love to give it a shot!

    Hi bro, that rock place 11:30 was really nice! For a moment it felt like I'm watching some nature documentary with all the sea gull noise in the background. I stumbled upon your channel searching for Hokkaido train travel videos, found them very informational. Subbed!

      I think it was late August 🤔. Some things in the park are seasonal .. do double check with the website for timings etc. Bring a touque if going in Nov!

    how much it cost you for the one day pass? those the pass has a very strict ite? like a day tour? or it’s like an unlimited kind of ride?

      @theglobalpeasant  15 днів тому

      You're going to want to check the website for the current price. I can't remember what I paid for it. These one day passes usually provide transport to and from the park once, but you can use the bus to go about the park as much as you want.

    Do you have to wear a mask? It seems silly to wear a mask outdoor? The one you are wearing is just a paper mask, not N95. So I wonder what good it does?? Thanks for the video!

      This video is a few years old. I'm simply following local regulations that were in place at the time.

    Asesome video. You could have added some pokemon refrences. The Sinnoh region is based on Hokkaido and the newest game talks about the Ainu people of ancient Sinnoh.

      I'll have to brush up on my pokemon lol..Sinnoh does look very Hokkaido-ish, doesnt it!
