For us, we booked those tours from a local Japan tour company. But there are options to book from the hotel itself.

Thanks for sharing your trip! hokkaido is really a beautiful place in Feb. Do u mind sharing why you took a bus from Sapporo instead of flying to memenbetsu airport + bus as it seems shorter than than taking a long distance bus.

Ah, it was monetary reason. There was a seat sale to sapporo. so it was cheaper than going directly to memenbetsu airport.
