Hey Chad this is off topic, but long ago I had seen a sweep you did when your opponent stands up in your guard. I've been trying to find it again because I can't remember the exact sequence. It is in the GI and I want to say you had a cross grip and went under their leg then rolled around their knee making them flip over. I think you even had competition footage of it in the video. Anyway, if you do remember, could you let me know please. Thank you
Hey! I have a PT that gives me workouts. It covers a lot of ground. Pretty much strengthening back up the areas martial arts weakens. Example: our shoulders are rounded so we do band pulls deadlifts and opening exercises to correct it. I don’t do weights to get stronger. More to stay on the mats.
