I don't know about that, just my opinion but I can be wrong. They police officers had 2 anonymous message that someone is dealing drugs. When they went to confirm it they saw a tinted windows. Tbh I would get paranoid too, a possible drug dealer is in the car with a tinted car and I can't see what's going on inside, what if they have guns with them? (Also I'm guessing by the way they talk that in that area it's illegal to have tinted cars)
The driver felt threatened so he started recording and because he's scared he can't listen to their explanation. The best way in that scenario is just let them search your car and don't do anything stupid like recording them and talking back like this man do, that is if they have warrant of arrest (and hopefully if they are not planning to frame you 😭😭😭)

They could have done anything and said anything and gotten him in serious trouble even though he had done nothing wrong. Always record so you have proof of your side of the story. Like for me if I'm driving at night alone in an area that's not brightly lit and a cop tries to pull me over, I'm going to keep driving until I get somewhere with a lot of lights and people so I'm safe. And I'll record so I have proof that I was trying to be safe not running from the cops

Also, keeping on driving from a cop can get you into useless legal trouble, id refrain from letting your annoyance of law enforcers take over you

Personally I think we’re missing context. He says it’s a state park so there very well could be no smoking signs and for good reason too. He might’ve just had entirely good intentions. For most of these we just need more context.
The smoking "Karen's" can smoke there, there's no signs saying no, and I'm almost positive that there's cig butt containers in the park like ive seen in every other state park, what's annoying as hell is the dude walkin up telling em to stop, he has no right to do that. And the women had no right to hit the man regardless

So yes while you’re right it’s not okay to assume someone is automatically violent because of darker windows, it’s better to be safe because they could be pulling out weapons or anything else dangerous

@Captain Cheek Clapper not really, almost everyone in my neighbourhood has tinted windows, not because they have something to hide, but because it acts as a kind of shield from the sun, and stops people from being able to see inside to look for valuables to steal.
Was there a sign in that park that said no smoking? Was it illegal to smoke in that park? Most smokers, me included, know the dangers of cigarettes. the situation with number one, i get both sides. she definitely over reacted, but she wasn't wrong to feel scared that he followed her home. I was in a similar situation once, and it is scary. I was in a parking lot and some guy in front of me was just sitting in the lane and wouldn't move, so i went around him. he actually followed me to where i parked my car and he stood outside of my car door and wouldn't let me out. he was upset that I wasn't patient enough and went around him. i was like bro its a parking lot, you were sitting in the lane, so i moved. his ego was really hurt over it and i was scared. he was blocking my car and making me uncomfortable over something that didn't even matter. Quite frankly, usually when Karen's scream about being assaulted in some way I roll my eyes. And although on the surface the first "Karen" looked like this, in reality she had a point. This guy followed her to HER HOME and tried to film her face, address, and license plate. He also threatened to display that info online
That's an intense threat of privacy violation for just being flipped off. And in that sense, yes. He was threatening online harassment and privacy breach which could be considered a form of assault. She should have calmed down and started filming him for a police report because he was technically stalking her at that point since he had no other business in the area.

We find alot of them complaining after getting caught smoking inside the building and also some hording, complaining to the landlord when that causes pest and then doing things they dont want the landlord to hear of but when the landlord sees them doing it instead of blaming themselves they blame the tenants and think cameras don't have a line of sight kinda like when the camera doorbells came out they thought those were blind on each side and spoke about how they could damage it as if cameras had their footage stored internally or how they were "illegal"

I had a state employee come to my job, tell me she could basically violate my rights with a stroke of a pen, didnt like being recorded, claimed I had zero friends by claiming they didnt know me while meanwhile praising my narcissist stepmom because they hang together. When I heard that that was the last straw, scary and insulting and just plain creepy and i told both off and get off the property if they hated cameras. They also are paranoid of anyone who has a permit to carry and only want cops to carry.
I told them this is why even the department of health refuses to call them at times and why they allowed one of my relatives to choke me when I was a kid. She closed that case in a week like the rest of them. And also claimed shed contact my lawyer which said dont pay her any mind and the lawyer said i was illegally evicted from my apartment and she kept claiming the lawyer was clueless. Another dude had problems with the same cps investigator because she blamed him instead of the dad that was convicted for the things he was doing. Dad refused to put him on the lease and charged him which was against policy and went dipping into the sons food stamps and goverment assitance because he was banned from that because one of his crimes was selling these things.
