With the biker guy in Walmart, the manager never once got the guy's attention which was shown in the security videos. Manager lied his ass off to the police when he said he asked the guy five times to take off his helmet.

The dude is probably just trying to keep up with the quota Amazon gave him for deliveries. They treat their warehouse employees the same way with pick rates. When you meet your quota/rate they repeatedly increase it until it becomes impossible, then they have a free reason to fire you. This isn't exactly a secret. Have you never heard the news stories about piss bottles in Amazon trucks and warehouse lines from not having the time to even use the bathroom?

OK- you neglected to show the ENTIRE Walmart cycle helmet clip. The manager was NOT a Karen, the dude came in with his helmet on, visor down, proceeded to walk through the store for several minutes with a backpack on and ONLY removed the helmet when told by police. There also had been a shooting in another nearby store just days before, so people were rightfully on edge. THUMBS DOWN for not doing your research!
Dude in the helmet was treated so unfairly. He, from what I understand, had music playing in his helmet, he didn't want it stolen off his bike and the lil bi*ch manager barely got close to him to ask him to take his helmet off. The manager was a scared little girl and instead of standing in front of him due to his vision being obscured, he didn't make proper contact and called the police and gave some story that he talked to him 5 times. What a crybaby manager!
The cop was also being a little bitch. I HATE it when I hear anyone says "Shut up" "Shut your mouth." How dare them. They are not your/my parents.
He's got himself a nice little lawsuit against the cops, the manager and Walmart (all sued independently for their wrongdoing), the one cop for just about everything he said, not to mention the "soliciting a trespass", and NOT looking at the security video to get proof of what the manager said happened, vs what actually happened, and not shutting up long enough to let the guy explain his side (cops lose qualified immunity, and Helmet gets the cops pension, it's called a Section 1983 lawsuit). This is why EVERYONE needs to read and at least have a basic understanding of the law and of the constitution, Helmet should have asked the cops what their RAS was (Reasonable Articulable Suspicion) that a crime had been, was going to or had happened, and no, wearing a helmet in Walmart is NOT a crime, acting suspicious is also NOT a crime (if that were the case we'd ALL be in jail according to the cops).
The manager for NOT doing his job correctly, he should have asked his loss-prevention guys to approach the man, at least that way the LPs would do a better job at checking the guy out and seeing IF he was stealing anything. It appears this all went down AFTER he checked out, meaning he PAID for his items, LPs check the items against the recept everything paid for, and off he goes, IF they find stolen merch THEN call the cops. The manager or LPs have to actually say to Helmet "we are trespassing you from the property' and allow him to leave voluntarily, IF he doesn't or goes and comes back THEN he can be arrested for trespassing.
Also, the cops are LAW enforcement, NOT FEELINGS enforcement, making people uncomfortable because someone is wearing a helmet/face covering/mask etc is NOT a crime, otherwise, the cops would be arresting everyone a Ken/Karen told them to arrest because seeing a person covering their face made them "uncomfortable". It would be like a cop arresting someone because a person's baseball hat that says "Lord Vader is my only God" with a picture of the iconic hallway scene in Rogue One (you know the one, where Vader has just ignited his lightsaber and the hallway is only lit with that menacing red glow), just because it made a Ken upset because "religion". Or, another person wearing a shirt that has "join Starfleet as a Redshirt and explore strange new worlds", with a bunch of Redshirts laying dead on an alien planet, because Karen doesn't get the joke.
And, Walmart for hiring/promoting an idiot to the level of the store manager, most likely without giving him PROPER training in what to do in such situations, because as soon as someone becomes a manager/supervisor ALL common sense gets erased from their brains and replaced with a patented Walmart manager chip. It's the same with cops, they have part of their brains replaced with a computer chip, every time they try to uphold/learn the law properly a bit more of their brain melts away. I believe Musk holds the patients to those chips.
the problem with the guy using his helmet is his helmets visor down...as far as i know you don't see people wear helmet "inside an establishment" everyday...so that result to becoming suspicious...its just basic common sense..unless you're planning to do something funny...

Well if it's legal for a shop owner to prohibit somebody wearing a helmet maybe they ought to think about prohibiting those 300 or 400 pound women wearing those stupid tight shorts and fat hanging out everywhere in Walmart. Any "biker" knows about the helmet etiquette. I'm 57 and when I went to the bars back 35 yrs ago I had to "check" my helmet. This asshole knew what he was doing...helmets are not the most computable, plus having a reflective one to boot make for "great" shopping....He just wanted attention - just like every other person in his age group.
I am a biker too. I ride a Goldwing. Anytime I go into a store , I just carry my helmet. It is a no brainer.

Your feelings DO NOT trump the LAW, show me the law where it makes it illegal to make someone "uncomfortable" because of something someone else is doing that is out of the ordinary. The cops are LAW enforcement, not FEELINGS enforcement. And just saying "that person is making me uncomfortable and therefore scaring me" is NOT a good enough reason to call the cops on someone. If people going about their own business doing normal everyday things makes you "uncomfortable" stay the fuck home, or get some serious mental help because there is something wrong with your brain.
I actually have 2 medical conditions, asthma and high sensitiveity from autism, and I hate wearing masks, but I still where them when neede, and properly, all-nighter did was spend a little more time alone

Idk about the " No black people " thing. I mean if I owned a restaurant, and literally the only ones that steal or eat and don't pay from the food that I make were mostly if not always black people. Then I'd probably say the same thing. Plus alot of black people don't like Asians for one reason or another.

If you LITERALLY have one race of people, gender, age, whatever that constantly stole your money's worth of food that you've paid for, cook and serve to people that dine and dash or just out right steal. Then logically speaking, you would associate that wrong with bad lighting and then just save your self the trouble by banning it as a whole instead of in pieces.

U are wrong about the Wal mart video. The motorcycle helmet guy was walking all over Wal Mart people were freaking out and complaining to the manager. The manager was asking him to take the helmet off due to complaints and fear from a lot of customers he looked at him and just kept on walking around the store acting beyond strange and ignoring the manager. He was warned multiple times the cops would be called. It's his fault NOT the cops ad Wal Mart.
