I adore that knife guard set your little one has to help you in the kitchen. What a wonderful & safe way for the two of you to share time together & still alow her to feel she is contributing, learning & enjoying. All the while being kept safe from injury. Quick tip: instead of freezing tomatoes or making sauce, I simply throw tomatoes in the blender (usually with a clove of garlic), blend, pour into canning jars (leaving at least an inch of headspace) and then freeze. It preserves that delicious summer flavor for soups and stews and sauces in winter.
