Yesterday was my birthday. My husband sent me off to a spa session and lunch with girlfriend. When I came back home, he surprised me with a birthday cake he baked himself! Although he's a good cook he's never done any baking before so this was a wonderful surprise ❤ It's beautiful and it tastes really good!
Your husband taking the time to make you such a thoughtful cake really touched me. When he and your daughter clapped and sang happy birthday to you, it made me cry. This will remain such a happy memory for you, and a wonderful example of a good and loving husband to your daughter.
