I have stayed there on business a week at a time over a period of 10 years while working for Johnson Controls. Johnson Controls offices are an easy walk to and from the Pfister. A beautiful hotel with a great restaurant and often a wonderful pianist in the evenings. Now that I do not travel like I did in the past, I came here to visit the hotel via video and reminisce. Great video! No, in all my many stays at the Pfister I never once experienced anything paranormal even though I was aware of the paranormal history and sort of hoped to have an experience. Hope to stay there again someday. Such a beautiful and relaxing building.
I stayed in this hotel last night, and I will not be staying there again. At about 4am I was woken by foot steps in my room. It wasn’t just foot steps, it was loud angry stomping footsteps. I couldn’t fall back asleep and checked out of there.
We go to a dance event here every year. We've stayed in both sides of the hotel and never had any spooky experiences, however.. one of our students told us at the conclusion of this year's event that she woke up early in the morning, like 3am, to what sounded like heavy breathing in her room. She didn't know that this is considered a haunted place, she just thought it was really weird. We literally just got home from Milwaukee yesterday...so this was only 24ish hours ago. 😮
The scariest thing about this hotel is that god awful addition and tower. There is zero harmony with the original architecture and I can't believe someone ok'ed it. It looks like the original building started crapping out a giant Lego and gave up halfway, terrifying.
My mom goes to the pfister hotel to get her hair done and one time I went with her and I was in my little league uniform. That year we were the white Sox and so I took the white sox hat off and put it on the chair i was sitting on and I went to the bathroom and I came back and it was on the ground!
I've never stayed there, I was just looking up famous haunted places to visit in Wisconsin. I just wanted to say thank you! Your video was informative and helpful! I think I want to give the Pfister a shot.
Thanks for watching. Check out the Ambassador in Milwaukee also. There is some good haunted history there also. I covered that briefly in a video I put out a couple weeks ago!
Stayed there once last spring. I took my mom, niece, and nephew. We all have spring birthdays & after the year we had we wanted to do something fun. It's a really beautiful hotel. My nephew, who will be turning 11, asked to go back for his birthday this year. He's determined to see a ghost this time 😁 We're taking him next month when it's still off season when you can get a double for under $200
Bro I swear one day when I was with my dad I stayed in a hotel that was pretty much right across the street from it. Now I’m not sure if it was actually the real Pfister hotel or if it was just a hotel or a building that looked similar to it. But whatever it was, it definitely looked pretty similar to the Pfister Hotel! In fact the whole black looked extremely similar! And the hotel room I was in was able to get a good view of the whole block
I literally just checked out of that hotel and my mom just told me.. I’m so confused right now like WTF!? One of the encounters with a ghost I had was a little girl and she WHISPERED IN MY EAR!
Hello. Thank you for the tremendous video. I do not know if I appreciate the ghosts or the skeletons more. I have stayed there numerous times. Nothing creepy. However we always stay in the cylindrical newer expansion so no Guido or Charles!
Mookie betts preferred staying in an AirBNB 😂
bro i looked up this video for the same thing 💀

I’ve heard dozens of similar stories. It’s a neat and historic hotel, but not great for a solid nights sleep.
Could you share what room this was?
Lol some people are more imaginative. I was like that as a child.

Were you staying in the room next to the Presidential suite? You probably heard Creepy Joe, or maybe Hunter up to the usual shenanigans.
Barrack said NOPE!
