Thanks for watchin! What other farms do you think are critical to have in a world? :D There's so many i probably forget several haha. Links to all the tutorials are in the description! I got a design for everything showcased in todays video!
Its a gold farm
A end of light farm if it is possible on bedrock
Ghast Farms, a huge quality of life farm in my now kinda old world
hey silent i have been having trouble getting villagers to breed , on both my personal worlds and my servers/realms. HEEELLLPPP!!!!!
how to open a server
Personally I think a gold farm is pretty important golden apples for that iron villager hall, also rails for more machines, making it possible to have a piglin bartering am telling you gold farm also gives out plenty of exp and can be made in an hour
Also, combining with crops farm is giving u infinity supply of golden carrots, which is the best food in the entire game
@@user-xc7vk6bt3f its the best food in java but not in bedrock
@@gamingwithallin and the best is...?
@@samuelandraka552 its probably like steak or porkchop but if you are on java then golden carrots are the best
@@gamingwithallin you know I thought golden carrots were meh when I got a ton, nah cooked beefs the way to go I think lol
Excellent video! I built your iron farm last week and I can't believe how good it works. I didn't realize how much it would really change my gameplay. I really only discovered your channel recently and I'm looking forward to watching your videos. Thanks!
This came at the perfect time, I was just combing through Silent's farms playlist trying to find something to make

I absolutely love your tutorials. They are so easy to follow and you always have the best designs.
Thank you Silent! I've built 20+ of your farm designs in my world! It's great to see you so many of them still work so well! You're by far my favorite bedrock creator to watch! You're so informative on your builds and very straightforward with building them. Been watching for a couple of years Keep up the fantastic hard work your a legend! 😎😎
I uphold my statement that silent is magic. When I needed a mob farm, he uploaded a mob farm. When I needed to know the best sugarcane farm design. He supplied. At the minute I was stumped for ideas to build on my world. Now I have inspiration
Oh he glazing
Great video, thanks to your videos I’ve built all of these - and lots more
Thanks for the video Silent! I was wondering if we’re gonna get a new raid farm tutorial relatively soon or should I just build the current one in my world?
Build current. In 1.18.2 there is no issues with this farm, or changes to pillagers spawn mechanics. I have already build n tested it in my survival world. Just rebuild lower trident killer, since in minecraft there is a bug that tridents break minecarts. You can do it as an upper and you should be fine with this farm
Thanks for these videos, I built the iron farm/trading hall, and it works wonders. Thank you
The iron farm that uses the double water thing and the 2 things of villagers on the side that you showed in the video is crazy. I built that one recently and left my ps4 on while I did some work around the house and took a shower and stuff like that and by the time I came back there was a ton of iron in it. I'm just about to build the storage system with the crazy amount of chests I saw on the channel recently and having all the iron for the hoppers and other stuff will help immensely. Also building my own village with custom profession buildings for the first time too so a lot of these farms will help with that. Really can't wait to get started with it
I’ve never built any of these, but I’m ready to try my hand at a few of them. Thanks!
This came out at an amazing time.
I just logged onto my server and was wondering what to do
thanks for great farms is really helpful
I made your newest iron farm in my 1.18 world and I literally have 20 STACK OF IRON BLOCKS!
I cannot thank you enough 🙏
Same same
I built it and am currently trying to load and cure villagers. But curing villagers on Normal on a realm that I can't change difficulty is such a pain
I decided to use Iron Farm on Server I play "Cosmic Smp" becuz Iron=Diamond. But villager way more rare Its like Villager=A Chicken with zombie villager left handed full diamond armor and diamond sword
how many packs does it yield per hour?
Where can you find where to build it. Please
Silent I haven’t heard you mention it in a bit, did they fix the redstone breaking due to render distance on bedrock? I remember chunks were an issue for a while for some of your farm tutorials and it was mentioned nearly every video
Could you make a video over what order to build each farm in, and in what point during your playthrough to be the most efficient? Love you 😘
Gold Farms are REALLY easy to make early on and so good for xp for all your enchanting. Is is also good for making golden apples for your villagers
thanks man u saved my life once againn
I could use a few of these, thanks!
Thanks for all the amazing videos, I will build all these farms as soon as I can!
Noob question for anyone willing to answer: do I have to stay close to these farms for them to work?
Ahahaha nice! I have already built each of the farm in my world.😎
Thanks Silent. BTW love your vids!
Your legit like Mumbo Jumbo in Bedrock! This helped a ton, thanks!
I love witch farms. Simple, and you get tons of useful drops. Also just found out this week my new 1.18 world seems to be victim of a bug that prevented witch huts from spawning ☹
+1 for Witch Farms. They aren't the fastest gunpowder farms, but they're the quickest to build. If you use the one Silent demonstrates to get potions. I have a game on an ipad mini that has been going for years. As a result, I have this huge network of tunnels just under the nether ceiling. I just carry around a shulker of quickness potions and haven't felt the need to put in rails or anything yet.
You forgot a gold farm and piglin bartering farm. Gold is the item you need a lot in minecraft for craft golden carrots (infinity supply of the best food in minecraft), crafting golden apples for villager curing session, or for your self when you pvp or fighting wither, power rail which u need for hopper minecraft to collect blocks for lots of farms, or use it for your beacon if you havent enough iron or emeralds for it. And if it isnt enough, when you can exchange gold ingots for tons of obsidian, lether, quartz, fire resistance potions, gravel, blackstone, soul sand, and ender pearls.
Gold farm is definitely what I was about to mention too. I'm currently in the early days of a new realm and really feeling the lack of gold. I've built a trading hall/iron farm with 41 traders and now need to cure them all to make it more user friendly. That's effectively 8 gold ingots for every curing. A few powered rails are always handy (especially in the building of some of the other farms) too. Golden carrots can hopefully be provided by the villager trades (if not, I know a couple of farmers who are going to meet with unfortunate accidents).
Yup, almost mandatory really. Gapples are required for villager trading, and you get a lot of items from piglin bartering. Not to mention it is the best exp farm early-mid game(only rivaled late game by guardian farms, also depends on the number of portals).
gold farm is too relying on bug, and might get fixed someday
@@AbiManyu-kq7jj what bug is this?
@@occuler1018 I think he's referring to the coral fans tricking mobs into walking off ledges. They've mentioned that the next patch will likely remove that function
AFK fish farm is the very first technical thing I build in any world. As soon as I've got some string I'm fishing and as soon as I can get some iron and redstone it gets automated. No point worrying about cow farms when you've got more cod than you know what to do with!
Wither skeleton farms
Not only do they give you stone swords so you always have a weapon, but they also give you coal to fuel your furnaces
and bones for bonemeal 👀plus probably blazes for even more fuel haha
And skulls. dont forget skulls
Stone sword farm
Yeah, I guess they make skulls too if you're into that kind of thing.
Stone swords it’s defenetly thing that I want a lot
I was actually just thinking about this earlier, I think all you really need is a raid farm and iron farm and a villager trading area, maybe a gold farm and bartering farm if you're feeling fancy
I think a really handy farm to have is a gunpowder farm. Creeper farms are good, but Ghast farms are even better.
yee
a witch farm would be stellar, but a witch hut is really rare
hostile mob farm not only produce amount of gunpowder u need, but bones, which can be converted into bone meal, which have so many uses in farms in the game, strings, arrows, rotten flash which u can sell for emeralds, and some good stuff from witches such as potions, glowstone, redstone, glass bottles, spider eyes, sugar, and + some extra gunpowder
He has a really good ghast farm in his play list that works with 1.18
@@weepixie3 Yeah, I built it a while ago and after a few. hours I had about a double chest of gunpowder and another double chest of ghast tears.
I used to love the bonemeal farm where you use kelp. I’m sad it no longer works after update
Same R.I.P 0 Tick kelp farm. 0 tick helped me get alot of bonemeal.
I use it for fuel because i don't have a wither skeleton farm yet xD
And yeah some of them aren't working since the update, but some of them also still work, i already found a new one on youtube ^^'
I always want these type of videos
Villager don't sell soul speed books. You need to barter with piglins for that which is another good farm if you want a bunch of building material/quartz for redstone components. That being said witch farms for redstone/glowstone and potion brewing is nice to have as well.
Built the iron farm/trading farm recently and it’s a beast! It near my home base. And I have to empty the double chest regularly
How u read mind!
I made a new world with my friend and we r thinkin bout what farms can be made and were confused
And u just made this vid
U r awesome silent!❤️
Thank you silent for keeping to bedrock
I would also say slime and honey farms! For all these amazing automations and slime machines, especially burrowers, they are essential!
Farms I think are at least slightly crucial to have:
- Gold Farm (One of the best farms in all of Bedrock because you can make it bigger and gives the best XP among only a few others, gives Gold and Rotten Flesh as well)
- At least 1 XP farm (More XP focused than actual loot)
- Iron Farm (Although Iron Farms are kind a sh!t in bedrock, I still recommend it)
- Sugar Cane Farm (A really good small farm for Rockets and Villagers)
- Ghast/Creeper Farm (Easy Gunpowder!)
- Guardian Farm (Lots of XP, Building Blocks, and Food)
- Raid Farm (I personally believe this is one of the most crucial farms to make. The infinite Totems, Banners, Emeralds, Saddles, Arrows, Enchanted Books that can have Mending and pretty much any other Enchantment, and more! It gives so many rare items and that’s why you need to build it!)
Hey silent, I was wondering if you could put the trading hall/iron farm in a building to hide the ugly look of it. Or will it break the farm?
I’m going to try and get all of these!
One thought is to combine the villager crop farm with bonemeal farm. Since you will already have 10 composters with the bonemeal farm, why not make some farmers to trade the crops back to for emeralds and xp. Afk for double loot. Also a good idea to build auto wool and chicken cooker farms in the same area. If you want something to do while afk'ing make a fish farm or watch more silentwhisperer vids.
Isnt it better to build raid farm which gives you around 30 stacks of emeralds per hour? With villagers you can trade only 12 times per 20 minuts, when you should wait for their restock. Amount of these are just nothing. It is also non afkable, cuz you need to intercat with villagers yourself. In raid farm you get not only lots of emeralds, but infinity supply of totems, which you can not get easily by play without raid farm
I think for food chicken farm is best coz it's completely automatic and I made your design and it's giving me tons of food for free .and the alone creeper farm is also kinda mandatory coz of the mob cap when every mob is spawning you just don't get as much gunpowder ,until you make more layers then 6 or you afk for hours .
I think bartering farm is better too cuz they gave u a lot of different things and item and also u need a late game food source so I recommend that building a hoglin farm is a great idea
Sugar cane can be a good emerald farm for trading too
Awesome. So do iron farms have to be centered on a chunk or can you put them between chunks?
you can build em anywhere
Good timing I’m about finished with the guardian farm and I need some help with it. You think you could help me?
I have 3 honorable mentions:
1. Wither skeleton farm. Tons of bones, fuel, xp, and skulls
2. Hoglin farm. Fully afk way to get one of the best food sources in the game
3. Gold farm. Piglin bartering, golden carrots, golden apples, beacon bases, and more xp
What would you recommend for a villager farm in bedrock I’ve been looking for on and they all require manually giving them food through a dispenser and lever
Thanks man im not good making farm this is realy helpful
happy to help out:)
A good 2 in 1 is attatching an auto sorter from your iron farm to a hopper that leads into a composter. You can auto sort out the poppys for bonemeal.
These farm are really useful but I rather doing manually ( for more enjoyment ) excluding Gold Farm. Another reason I don’t like Iron Farm because for some reason it broken and no longer work. For real mining in a cave is more fun than doing farm. But I appreciate your help, thank you.
Silentwisper what redstone texture pack for you use??? It looks really cool
I literally just spent an hour yesterday trying to decide which silent farms I should make
-all of them-
The only one that I would say that you missed is a Pumpkin/Melon farm given that they are one of the best ways to trade for Emeralds and get your Villager Trading Hall up and running.
And for Bonemeal, you really can’t go wrong with an old fashioned Cactus farm. You can set it up really quickly, takes no redstone, is fully automatic, will never break, and is just much easier to build than a Moss farm.
That's what the mob farm, raid farm, and sugarcame farm are for
You can do simple 3 dispencer bonemeal crop farm which u can trade with villager quicklee. Bone meal cactus, or even moss farm are so useless when u build hostile mob farm. When you are getting tons of bones from it u can convert it into bone meal, 1 bones for 3 of them, and you also get xp, gunpowder, strings, rotten flesh, and some goodies from witches. Cactus have it uses only for green dye. You cant trade it, or craft something else. Xp furnance is dead. Amount of xp u get from cactus smelting is the lowest possible, when there are so many options like hostile mob farm, gold farm, or even the best source of xp in the entire game - guardian farm. Pumpkin, melon and cactus are propably the most useless farm in the minecraft, they dont need to be here
You could make them all librarians this way you have an infinite loop of buying book cases and selling books that's what I do the villagers get there own emeralds
Also a cactus farm that is big enough to make as much bonemeal as that moss farm has to be massive btw try building the moss farm and see the rates you won't go back to that massive cactus farm again
@@occuler1018 I always build a villager trading hall with iron farm, and then selling 4 pieces of iron for them to get emeralds. Passive income, and you don't need to afk at two farms at a time. For creating books you will need cow farm and big sugarcane farm which will produce you 12 pieces of paper, and 4 leather for a single emerald. In which u spend more time to get, when on iron farm you get it only for one single golem
Gold & Xp Zombie Pigmen farm with it, You can create an early game beacon without hassling grinding over A BUNCH of ore blocks and it includes exp, I recommend you guys making it Early game once you have the components along the infinite lava farm you can basically create infinite obsidian. Honary mention to Endermen farm
Your raid farms works fine but I always have to get bad omen I’m just too far away from the outpost spawning area. Please tell that what should be my simulation distance
Awesome
just finished your portal ghast farm it is a bit op cause in 10 seconds i had 30 ghasts in the over world that were out side of the kill area and also i have 17 ghast tears tomorow i well use my alt to afk at the nether side of the farm and i might make the bonemeal farm and lava farm
😱 the auto furnace blew my effin mind!
5:19
Despite the initial lag, the xp wave from the first clip was very satisfying
its VERY nice haha 3
@@silentwisperer my switch after seeing that : *Don't even try to think about building that.*
Maybe it's not *essential*, but a rainbow wool farm is extremely helpful for redstone circuitry, outlining build projects, making carpets and beds, and for decoration.
Nice
Maybe a big potion farm setup? Potions are really underrated and we could always use some
I'm stunned that Gold Farm was not mentioned in this video, from the start of enchanting in Bedrock Edition, people always prioritize building the gold farm just because how ez it is to build and the rates it produces. Adding an item sorter to it will really enhance the storage and the usage of the farm as well.
Ticking portal gold farm and a piglin bartering farm combo! Turn fire tick on and use lava and trap doors to light it, powdered snow to break the portal
The Standard Skeleton Spawner Farm is pretty key early game: Bonemeal, XP, End game Bow, Medium Armor.
hey man hi I am a fan of your farms you make so many cool farms for us so our survival is a bit easier but I mean there are many farms there is no limit for farms in minecraft
so,people have many farms because of you but there is one farm missing for a world to make it perfect that is a shulker shell farm and the fun part is it possible on minecraft bedrock edition and I tried to make the and it works but rates nobody is going know because I built the farm not them
Top secret don't read
rates
31 shulker shell in 27 min
and my luck is insane so I always get 6 to 4 every 3,4 shulker
I also used your new trident killer that you used in your raid farm
So,make a video adout shulker shell farm so everyone can built them in there survival world
Btw love your videos and your redstone that no one can understand
I usually build zero tick kelp farm to make early game xp, bonemeal and fuel (I'm just too lazy to mine coal and going straight down to diamond level instead)
I sometimes build villager breeder utilizing farmers and farmland so they make a baby continously w/out player.
They broke the zero tick kelp farm a few weeks ago bro. Doesn't work anymore
oh really? I still play on 1.18.2, just in case some farms break, but ok.
Could you list tutorials for every farm in the description?
you are probably the most helpful bedrock mincraft youtuber
Made the quad stack iron farm you posted about a year or so ago and have gotten enough iron for a lifetime already haha.
Heyy silent can you please make a overworld only guardian xp farm for single Player worlds?
You previous design was really confusioning as well
So please make a overworld only design
I would say a witch farm good source of redstone if u don’t want to make a general mob farm
Witch farms actually give you much more redstone than a general mob farm because they spawn so rarely, and don't drop redstone every time
I think that is getting broken soon.
I don’t think it’s critical at all but I always make a large kelp farm. I love them
Defo a Witch farm. Easy to build. Useful source of redstone and gunpowder not to mention the rest. I still want to experiment with lava in the trident killer so they drop potions of fire resistance.
Are guardian farms easy to build? I know of at least 2 ocean monuments that are pretty close but I've never built one. I do love prismarine and especially dark prismarine so I figure having one would be great for that
It is a little grindy but totally worth it
Just wondering, do you think a combined villager crop farm, iron farm, and trading hall possibly work?
I suggest not making "combo farms" with villagers because they aren't very future proof. Every new update tweaks something that slightly but irreversibly wrecks a game mechanic you're relying on. So, right when you've finished tricking out and decorating your masterpiece in bling you find out that your mending villager wont renew his trades unless you break some beds and workblocks, which will break the iron farm. Or, you could pull him out of the farm...but he's on display right in the middle and you have to chop through all of your decorative work.
I keep my breeding villagers in an isolated location, and push the resulting adult villagers into the nether one at a time. If I need to lock their profession I do that in the nether. Then, I transport the villager to his final destination.
Can the iron farm you featured be built underground?
I made 9 moss farms in a perfect square and linked all the on and off switches. It’s my favorite farm to watch and it’s CRAZY for bonemeal. 30m afk is over 150k bonemeal
what do you use all that bonemeal for
@@eamonwalsh684 showering
@@eamonwalsh684 also literally 80% of every other farm I’ve made that is actually pretty helpful
I made a traiding hall iron farm of your design in which I cure every villagers once and get very good but I don't know why they are slowly increasing prices. And I am not talking about price increase after trading. Is there a bug or curing discount are not permanent. Pls answer
Do you recommend building the general mon farm over a creeper only? I really want to build a over the top gunpowder farm
a general hostile mob farm will serve you very well, and is a lot simpler/cheaper than a creeper farm most of the time:)
@@silentwisperer thanks for all the hard work! Im debating on a ghast farm or general mob🤔 might aswell do both haha
Thank you so much for sharing your amazing builds!
One question...
Do you know what might cause a farm to not spawn anything?
I'm playing on a PS4, and I've built your design with the trading hall. Only a bit bigger.
The strange thing is that even cats aren't spawning, although they should spawn with only 4 villagers that are linked to a bed. And I've got 38. :s
I also watched your troubleshooting video for when there are no iron golems spawning and your video about the updated mechanics. But I can't figure out why even cats aren't spawning.
All suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks in advance!
Make sure that every single villager have access to their workstations, and are linked for the beds. Also if u build this iron farm/trading hall less than 100 blocks from all workstations, beds, or even village, then then they cant link for they new one workstations. After make all of that sure - simply trade something for every single villager inside, so they will not loose their professions, and not unlink from workstations from that, to do so place water bucket on each villager cell
@@user-xc7vk6bt3f Thank you for your reply!
I checked everything. But I think there's something not working alright. Because when iron golems aren't spawning, at least cats should spawn. But that doesn't happen either. So, now I'm trying to figure out why that is...
@@hashimnaushahi You have mentioned that you have build a little bit bigger farm that silent do, and i think that is the reason. Iron farm is the thing which needs to be perfectly chunk align to work. If you have it bigger than 16x16, then youre villager, which stands above trading hall simply will not detect the beds, and the village itself is not created by the game. Thats the reason why golems, and even cats did not spawn. Unfortunately, you will need to rebuild it block by block silentwisperer tutorial to work, there is no way to get it work easier. If you need to do lots of trading sessions, and that is the reason why u get it bigger, when the only way to get it, is do another one farm 100 blocks away from it. Hope it will help you. For minecraft bedrock is quite strange mechanics of making iron farms :D
@Анатолий Витковский Thanks for trying to help me solve this!
I checked the environment of my iron farm. There aren't any villages, beds, or workstations in a 100-block radius.
I removed all the beds and placed them again one by one to make sure I could see the particles when villagers link to them. And all villagers are linked to a bed.
All villagers have a job and have access to their workstation. More than 80% of them are standing right in front of their workstation.
But this is the main reason I think something isn't working right...
According to the wiki, a cat spawns when 4 villagers are linked to a bed with a maximum of 5 cats. Those villagers don't need to have a job for cats to spawn.
But in my case, not even cats are spawning. And there aren't any cats nearby to block the spawn. That can't be right. So something isn't working alright.
Has someone experienced something similar before? And do any of you know how this could be fixed?
Can u make a tutorial of playerless automatic tree farm?
i have:) look for the azalea tree farm, link in the description!
What texture pack are you using?
I made my first auto smelter and lava farm, and think I learned something.
Made a 64 array autosmelter, filled each one with a lava bucket. To finally test everything I put a stack of cobble in the array.
I got 64 stone blocks and 64 empty buckets returned to me.
I was super sad. I didn't know lava buckets would do 1 and burn out over time if it wasn't used within that time.
So maybe a bamboo farm instead...
Lava is a great fuel source, but in Minecraft, the more items something can smelt, the more you have to smelt in bulk with it. Kelp and bamboo are so cheap to mass produce for day to day smelting if you aren’t trying to smelt that double chest of sandstone for your giant hacienda.
@@davidfwooldridge3430 Thanks, I'm fairly new to minecraft (played for a year or two) and some mechanics I just never had to interact with. Least I have lava for those big jobs, and perhaps I can make my autosmelter where the bamboo leaves the hoppers for the big jobs and lava goes in.
Thanks!
@@jaram6049 When you get more experience in the game, i highly recommend you to build nether fortress farm. When for afk around 5 minuts you will get 6 stacks coal, which is more than 10 times efficient than bamboo or kelp farm. There is also no need to get much materials, or lots of slabs to spawn proof. Just get some stacks of obsidian and redstone. It also produces bones for bonemeal so much crop farms, blaze roads for potions (or you also can use it for fuel, to get even more of it) and dont forget about wither skuls, which have their uses for beacons, which is one of the most useful items in the experience game
prob a creeper farm for all your gunpowder needs, and also if its possible in bedrock a underman farm for xp
Could there perhaps be a creeper farm on the way??
I know now what I should do in my world
Bamboo farms for scaffolding for the mob grinder
Talking about villager frustration: I spent a solid 30 minutes rerolling one librarians trades so I could have unbreaking. Didn't care about the level, just needed unbreaking books. It offered every other Enchantment in the game at least once. I even used a piston to speed up the process and still took 30 minutes to get what I wanted.
re-rolling 5-6+ villagers at once is usually best for time saving
@@silentwisperer ..... that's good to know.... and I feel like an idiot for not thinking of that 🤦♀️
Thanks for the tip ❤
I saw you trying to build a new Raid Farm design in TB. Is this because the old design doesn't work? I just don't want to build something that isn't going to help me
What about the stacked raid farm?
Could you combine the iron farm with a raid farm? I mean both need Villagers
I love your ghast farm
can you make a raid farm combined with an iron farm combined with a trading hall??
What about the zombie pig man? It gives you alot of xp right?
Nice xp level
Can you give the link for the Villafer trading and iron farm in 1
Quick tip if you dont wanna cure zombie villagers all the time to reduce prices you can set up your trader hall around a zombie spawner and have it above magma blocks because when zombie villagers die it reduces trades in the vicinity, and the spawner will make z villagers every once and a while just leave it running for a few days
This is also idea if you arnt on a hard difficulty as constantly curing villagers sometimes will kill them
I can’t wait for the villager crop farm that shows us how to farm carrots and turn them into baked potatoes!!!
“…and if 18,000 sugar cane isn’t enough for you, then just double it!”

did someone say quintuple?
