Do you need or have to go to confession to accept eucharist and is it a sin to accept Eucharist without confession
Hi! If you have any known mortal/ grave sins in you, yes, otherwise you would be committing sacrilege.
John 20 does not say that confession to a Priest is required for sins to be forgiven.
