In the past, because I was used to watching short videos, I didn’t like watching the long vlogs on UA-cam because they were too long. However, although your vlogs are long, they are really worth watching. They contain informative explanations as well as real experiences and feelings. You are suppose to ask for rice every time you order a side dish like goose or anything. They are meant to be eaten with rice which usually comes free with the meal if you ask. Goose doesn't come with the wraps, only Peking Duck does.

There is a difference between the Beijing Roast Duck and the Cantonese Roast Goose. Beijing one with the wraps is unique to Beijing although you can still find it elsewhere, often not up to the standard. Whereas good Cantonese roast items are easily available in Hong Kong and all of SE Asia, usually eaten with rice or noodles.

In the past, because I was used to watching short videos, I didn’t like watching the long vlogs on UA-cam because they were too long. However, although your vlogs are long, they are really worth watching. They contain informative explanations as well as real experiences and feelings. They are very well done and I have not missed any episode.👍
You are suppose to ask for rice every time you order a side dish like goose or anything. They are meant to be eaten with rice which usually comes free with the meal if you ask. Goose doesn't come with the wraps, only Peking Duck does.

There is a difference between the Beijing Roast Duck and the Cantonese Roast Goose. Beijing one with the wraps is unique to Beijing although you can still find it elsewhere, often not up to the standard. Whereas good Cantonese roast items are easily available in Hong Kong and all of SE Asia, usually eaten with rice or noodles.
