Dominique, a huge thank you for this podcast. This is probably one of the best, if not the best podcast you have done. This is solid, good quality scientific information that we need to educate ourselves on. This is so much needed in a world full of fluffy and inaccurate information. My own daughter did her bachelor's degree at UC Berkeley in molecular biology.

A good place to start is with doec podcSt6 hosted by steven tartlets a 30something entrepreneur and self made multi millionaire. He is English and by far the most clever engaging young man. His Podcasts are usually 2hrs long with one to one Interviews that are so intriguing and knformativs' you will find yourself hooked.

PLEASE please, please Dominique could we have an episode with very accurate unbiased information regarding hrt? The major online push recently feels borderline suspicious and I wonder if it is another way to get women particularly vulnerable at this stage of their lives hooked with big pharma. We know now how unethical the fda, labs and medical journals can be when money is involved. “It is safe” says MC Haver and her "menoposse"… it is surely very lucrative, these doctors make it sound like it is the miracle treatment. We “ the silver economy” do not need more gaslighting with potions and inaccurate promises. Thank you Dominique.

I would highly suggest that you read (sadly, the late) Suzanne Somers most recent book. She shares a vast directory of Medical Professionals that she has personally worked with through the years. And there is a lot of good information on Bio-identical hormones; Suzanne has personally used them for decades, and they are much more natural to the body as well.

Hi Dominique. I would really love for you to have someone on your show that speaks about changing professions/ careers at our age. I'm 48 and an RN. I'm burnt out. I love my patients and taking care of people but the caddinesd and backstabbing of other Nurses, working shorthanded and no support from management is not fulfilling anymore. When I told my husband I would love to go into design and organizing he said " it's a little too late for that!" At my age. I want what years I have left to be fun and feel good. I have been in healthcare since I was 19. So much has changed. If you are a good Nurse and care you will suffer. Help! I need direction. 🙏🏼 Thank you.

@valn.6584 I know someone who went all the way through law school- all that time, work and expense. He took the bar, started practicing and then hated it. He really wanted to be an interior designer. I first met him at a designer showhouse room that he had designed. It was a game/media room that harkened back to the 60's 'vibe of Sinatra's time. It was absolutely brilliant. He has such a love for it and it showed in all his choices. And this new carrier choice fits his personality too and he is in much demand.
Do what you love. 48 is young. Imagine for a second that you are 98, or 88, or 78 and ask yourself what you would have chosen at 48,
Take heart, God has a purpose for you and it's not to be miserable. Do what you love.

I do fast forward the “spiel” as much as possible. I would think it would be important , from the viewpoint of your advertisers, to be cognizant of presuming on the public’s patience and cease droning on and on. Since today's podcast discussed health and medicine, could you consider a future episode that offers advice on selecting the right and affordable healthcare options for recently retired individuals? Specifically, those who are ready to start new freelance projects, are still a few years away from Medicare eligibility (four for me), and need health insurance coverage for both themselves and a teenager. I will be leaving my 20+year FT job in December and am nervous! Tips on balancing cost, coverage, and the unique needs of this life stage would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a little disap 2:48 ❤ ipoìnted in❤ in the direction this channel is going.
I looked up to you because I thought you were keeping it real, believed in your own content and didn't beat your own drum.
Sadly, this is no longer the case. Now we're sittin̈g through Adverising, no doubt that you need the money and that's OK if you are truthful with this. This honeylove advert and midi health have interrupted this this content about 6 times so far. Annoying!!!!
I pay a subscription to you❤tube every month to watch without Ads. How did you escape this.
By the way i am not one bit jealous. I heard you and Courtney refer to ne
    gativiìty as jealousy.
All we want is the truth. Dont❤ we deserve that. I come off your channel feeling bleugh° with my Intelligence insulted.
I wish you well in both your personal and work life. P
