Simple create multiple incomes.... For financial stability... Avoid loans... If everything goes well loan is not a prblm, 20yrs of your loan if you go through any pandamic situation like corona and you lost your job, that time prblm will generate... EMI looks big initially but your salary will rise and eventually it becomes a tiny part of your salary. Keep a buffer for six months of EMI and go for it, no problem.
