if we hv emi , we have fixed way to go our money which is making our asset, otherwise our money will be wasted here and there in buying thing .. after some year your home becomes free .. only you have to regularly pay your emi and try to do repayment as soon as possible

In Bangalore renting 2BHk is costing 40k per month and in next 3-4 years it may cross 50k and around 2 lakhs per month after 20 years .. isn't it's sensible to buy a flat and pay 50k as emi for 20 years and end of the day the flat is urs ?
