what he said was 100% accurate to my daily life.. if you just keep break break break break, then your mind only stuck there and will hardly to find a good vision to your improvement.. you need to do atleast something different other than breakdancing like maybe you could learn how to drawing, hiking, calisthenics and so on.. that way, it will ease your vision and makes you not in pressure over something you focus for.. i always keep this mindset but in one condition, "if I do this, I need to finish it in proper way and not just in the middle of work then give up.. then find another new hobby"
