Thank you so much for sharing this class! i am a Capoeirista and Bboy i recently fracture my knee and has been recovering for 2.5 months due to my injury i haven't done most of my flips and moves cause my left leg was on immobilizer for awhile and the tissue and muscle around my knee has weakened so it is tough for me to actually do those moves again as i have the technique and the will power but my body is not 100% ready yet. But after watching his class i am now inspired to just go slow and get back to just feeling the moves. Thank you! Much luv! respect!

It's was during the Catch The Flava camp in 2014 ! Neguin was a invited Teacher and He teach us many things include flipping ! I pratice them but didn't improve a lot ! 🤣

This is one of the best progression schemes i've ever seen i'll definitely apply these tips to my own training
